Husqvarna’s 2026 entry-level lineup comprises three wire-free robotic mowers: the Automower Aspire R6V for lawns up to 600 m², the Automower 308V for up to 800 m², and the Automower 312V for up to 1,200 m². Those are manufacturer-stated capacities, not independent performance guarantees. Husqvarna says UK sales are due to begin in spring 2026, with launch prices and sales channels varying by model.
How the three models compare
The clearest distinction is the lawn area each mower is designed to cover. Husqvarna’s UK launch announcement gives these capacities and UK recommended retail prices (RRPs):
| Model | Stated lawn capacity | UK launch RRP | UK launch channel and timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Automower Aspire R6V | Up to 600 m² | £999 | Spring 2026; exclusively through husqvarna.com/uk |
| Automower 308V | Up to 800 m² | £1,249 | Spring 2026; authorised Husqvarna dealers |
| Automower 312V | Up to 1,200 m² | £1,499 | Spring 2026; authorised Husqvarna dealers |
These are UK launch figures announced by Husqvarna UK, not confirmation of current retail prices or stock. The company’s Finnish announcement lists different approximate launch prices: €1,100 for the Aspire R6V, €1,400 for the 308V and €1,750 for the 312V. Those Finnish figures apply to that market and should not be directly substituted for UK prices.
Which Husqvarna robot mower fits a small garden?
Start by comparing your lawn area with Husqvarna’s stated capacity: up to 600 m² for the Aspire R6V, 800 m² for the 308V or 1,200 m² for the 312V. If the lawn is larger than the capacity listed for a model, the announcement does not establish that it will be suitable. Capacity alone also does not guarantee a particular mowing result; the launch information contains no independent performance testing or comparative results.

What the wire-free setup and vision system are advertised to do
Husqvarna describes all three as wire-free and equipped with a built-in camera and AI vision to detect and avoid obstacles. According to the UK announcement, a mower can slow down or reroute around an object, and can navigate in places where satellite reception is weak, including beneath trees or near buildings. The company says its cloud supplies correction data for wire-free installation, while a stable Wi-Fi connection across the lawn and the Automower Connect app are required.
Husqvarna’s Finnish release says image processing takes place inside the mower and that images are not stored or shared externally. These are company statements; the launch material does not include independent verification of obstacle detection, navigation performance or data handling.

Ryan Patterson, Product Manager at Husqvarna UK, said the new models are intended to make the company’s technology available to more garden owners.
The launch announcements describe specifications, planned sales timing and launch prices. They do not verify present-day retail availability, current prices or mowing performance in independent tests.
