To find out whether a specific property is in the Isarda Dam submergence zone, identify every khasra number for the land and ask the Isarda Project Division in Tonk to check it against the current phase-specific measurement record, acquisition notification, map or award schedule. Rajasthan’s public E-Mapping portal can help you orient yourself, but it expressly says its boundary data are for viewing only and must not be used for legal matters. A map impression, village name or project-wide statistic cannot establish whether an individual parcel is affected.
The key is to get an answer tied to your exact revenue identifiers and the current official record for the relevant project phase. There is no public khasra-entry tool or current parcel-level list identified in the official material described here. If your concern is urgent, make the parcel-specific enquiry directly with the project offices rather than waiting for a general village list or relying on an online map.

What counts as a reliable parcel check?
A useful answer must identify the particular parcel, the project phase and the official record used to decide its status. Ask the project office to confirm whether each of your khasra numbers appears in the current submergence measurement record or in the applicable acquisition notification, award schedule or official map. Request the document’s date and reference number, or a copy if available.
There is a concrete reason to ask about the phase and measurement record: a Government of Rajasthan e-procurement notice published on 25 April 2026 sought measurement of land and properties in the Isarda Dam project’s second-phase submergence area. The notice names the Executive Engineer, Isarda Project Division, Tonk, and lists a 365-day work period. It establishes the scope of a measurement procurement, not the result for any owner’s land or whether all measurement or acquisition is complete.

The available official records do not provide a current public parcel-level list of affected khasras, a definitive submergence map or polygon, or an online tool that returns an official decision after you enter a khasra number. For an individual status determination, use the relevant project and revenue records rather than inferring an answer from general project material.
It also helps to be precise about what you mean by “in the submergence zone.” A parcel appearing in a phase-specific measurement record, an acquisition notification, an award schedule and a rehabilitation record are related but not interchangeable findings. Ask the office to identify which record it checked and what the record says about your land. A measurement record indicates that property was included in the measurement exercise; it does not by itself tell you that every later acquisition step is complete. Likewise, an enquiry about rehabilitation or relocation is not a substitute for confirming the parcel against the applicable land or submergence documents.
Get the land identifiers before contacting the project office
Use the current revenue record to collect the exact identifiers for the property. A village name alone is not precise enough: different parcels in the same village can have different status, and the record may divide land into multiple khasras.

- Tehsil
- Revenue village
- Every khasra number associated with the property
- Any recorded subdivision or separate khasra number for part of the holding
Check the spelling and numbers against the current record rather than relying on a colloquial locality name, an old document or a map label. If the land is recorded under several khasras, ask the office to check each one. Keep a copy of the record you used so the project office and revenue authority can refer to the same identifiers.
Before sending a request, make a simple list that pairs each khasra number with its revenue village and tehsil. If a holding crosses more than one khasra or has been divided, do not assume one number represents the entire property. State whether you are asking about all listed parcels or only a particular part. This small check can prevent an answer that addresses the village generally but not the actual land you own or occupy.
Use identifiers from the current land record rather than substituting a street address, owner’s name or nearby landmark. Those details may help the office understand your enquiry, but the requested check should be made against the revenue identifiers. If you are unsure whether a document is current or whether it lists all subdivisions, ask the relevant revenue office to help identify the current record before treating your list as complete.
Use Rajasthan E-Mapping only to orient yourself
The Rajasthan E-Mapping DLC portal allows users to select location details including district, sub-registration office, village, locality and land type. It may help you locate the village and understand the public cadastral display, but it is not a legal test of whether the property lies within the Isarda Dam submergence area.

The portal’s own disclaimer says: “This application uses khasra and village boundaries provided by Settlement Department, Rajasthan. The data possess its inherited accuracy and are only for viewing purpose. The data shall not be considered for any legal matters.” That warning is decisive: do not treat a displayed boundary—or the apparent position of a parcel relative to a project area—as proof that the land is included or excluded.

In practice, use the portal as a location aid: select the relevant district and village, look at the cadastral display if it helps you orient yourself, and compare it with the identifiers in your revenue record. Do not infer a legal boundary by estimating distances on a screen, interpreting a colored area, or deciding that a plot falls just inside or outside an apparent line. The portal says the data have inherited accuracy and are for viewing only, so even a display that appears clear cannot settle a dispute about the parcel.
If you save or print a screenshot to explain your question, label it as an orientation image and provide the khasra identifiers separately. Do not circulate it as an official inclusion list or use it as the sole basis for a decision about sale, construction, relocation or compensation. The authoritative question is whether the competent project or revenue office can match your exact khasra to the current applicable record.
Ask the Isarda project offices for a phase-specific check
Contact the Isarda Project Division, Tonk
Ask the Isarda Project Division to check each khasra against the current records for the relevant phase. The 25 April 2026 Rajasthan e-procurement notice identifies the Executive Engineer, Isarda Project Division, Tonk, in connection with measurement of properties and land in the second-phase submergence area. The notice is evidence of the division’s role in that measurement work; it does not publish an owner-verification phone number, email address or online form.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsIn your request, identify the land precisely and ask the office to state:
- Whether each khasra is recorded in the relevant phase’s submergence measurement record
- Which current acquisition notification, measurement sheet, award schedule or official map governs the answer
- The record’s date, reference number and issuing office
- Whether the response is a preliminary map check or a determination based on the applicable official record
You can make the enquiry more actionable by asking the office to distinguish between a parcel being measured, being shown on a submergence map, and appearing in an acquisition notification or award schedule. Ask it to identify the phase and document for each answer, rather than simply asking whether “the village is affected.” If an office says it cannot confirm status from the information supplied, ask which additional identifier or document it needs.
A concise written request can read: “Please confirm whether khasra number(s) [numbers], revenue village [village], tehsil [tehsil], district [district], are included in the current Isarda Dam submergence records for the applicable phase. Please identify the relevant measurement sheet/map, acquisition notification or award schedule, including its date and reference number, and advise which office holds any record needed to resolve the status.” Attach or refer to the current revenue record so the office can see precisely which parcel identifiers you mean. This wording is a practical prompt, not a prescribed government form.
The tender’s title refers to measurement of properties and land in the second-phase submergence area “as per section 11 12 to 15.” Treat that wording as the procurement notice’s description of its scope; it does not establish that your parcel appears in the work or explain the parcel’s legal status. The tender lists a 365-day work period. Its bid dates have passed, but that alone does not show whether the work is complete or whether acquisition for any particular holding has concluded.

Ask the Rehabilitation Division about affected-family records
If you need to know whether the property or its occupants appear in a rehabilitation or relocation process, ask the Rehabilitation Division, Isarda Project, Tonk, which office maintains the applicable record and how to submit a parcel-specific enquiry. Rajasthan procurement records identify the division and rehabilitation-colony work in Banetha, in Uniara tehsil, and Isarda, in Chauth Ka Barwara tehsil. Those records establish a rehabilitation-project connection; they do not prove that every property in either village is affected or publish a direct owner-verification channel.

Be clear whether you are asking about land status, an affected-family record or relocation arrangements. The office may need to direct those questions to different records or officials. Ask which list or record it is checking, whether it relates to your parcel or household, and what identifier is needed to confirm a match. Do not treat the existence of a rehabilitation colony, or project work in a named village, as evidence that your property is included in the submergence footprint.
Get the answer in writing
Request a written response, a copy of the relevant record, or at least its official reference number and date. Keep the response with your land record and note which khasra numbers were checked. A verbal indication or an informal map review can help you understand where to follow up, but it is not a substitute for knowing which current project record supports the status.
If you receive only a general answer, follow up by listing the unanswered khasras and asking whether the office can confirm them individually. If a copy cannot be provided, ask for enough detail to identify the document: its title or type, issuing office, date, reference number and applicable phase. Keep a dated copy of your request and any reply so that later follow-up can refer to the same identifiers and question.

The official material described here does not state a fee for a parcel check or identify a standard application charge, form, service deadline or guaranteed response time. Do not assume that a particular turnaround or cost applies. Ask the office directly whether a copy or inspection has a fee, what submission method it accepts and whether it needs any additional documents. No named private surveyor or government verification programme is identified for this purpose. A surveyor may help measure or locate land, but measurement alone does not decide acquisition status.
How to handle conflicting maps or records
- Compare identifiers first. Confirm that the village, tehsil and khasra numbers on the project record match your current revenue record. Check all subdivisions and separate khasras rather than relying on the property’s commonly used name.
- Identify the phase and document date. Ask whether the map or measurement sheet relates to the relevant project phase and whether it is current. A record for another phase or an older appraisal may not answer the parcel-specific question.
- Ask the responsible offices to reconcile the discrepancy. If the public map and revenue or project documents appear to disagree, ask the responsible revenue office or project land-acquisition authority to review the identifiers and explain the conflict in writing.
- Do not use E-Mapping as the tie-breaker. Its published disclaimer says the map data are for viewing and not legal matters. Seek clarification from the office responsible for the applicable project and revenue records.
When requesting reconciliation, describe the mismatch rather than stating a conclusion. For example, identify the khasra and village as shown on your current revenue record, name the project document or map you have seen, and ask the office to explain whether the records refer to the same parcel and phase. If a document lists a village but not a khasra, ask how the office links the village-level information to the parcel-level record.
Do not resolve a mismatch by choosing whichever document is newer-looking or whichever boundary seems more persuasive on a screen. The important comparison is authority, date and phase, and whether the record actually identifies your khasra. Historical appraisal statistics can give background but cannot replace a current measurement sheet, acquisition notification or award schedule for your parcel.
Which Isarda records answer which question?
| Record or information | What it can help establish | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Rajasthan E-Mapping DLC portal | Location orientation using the portal’s available district, village and other selection fields. | Legal inclusion or exclusion of a particular khasra. The portal says its cadastral data are for viewing only. |
| Current phase-specific measurement sheet or official submergence map | Whether the identified khasra appears in the project record for that phase, subject to confirmation by the responsible office. | A result if the document is unavailable, outdated, for a different phase or does not identify the parcel clearly. |
| Applicable acquisition notification or award schedule | The official acquisition record relevant to the land, when the responsible office confirms the document applies to the parcel. | Whether an unrelated notification or a project-wide announcement applies to your khasra. |
| Second-phase measurement tender, published 25 April 2026 | That the state procured measurement of properties and land in the second-phase submergence area, naming the Isarda Project Division, Tonk; the listed work period was 365 days. | Which individual properties are included, whether measurement is complete, or whether acquisition is complete. |
| Historical appraisal material, approximately 2016 | Historical project-scale context: it referred to 37 villages and about 2,300 families as affected or disturbed. | A current village list, a current submergence boundary or the status of a specific parcel. |
| Isarda-Dausa drinking-water scheme information | The proposed reach of the wider water-supply scheme and related infrastructure. | Whether a property is in the dam’s submergence zone. |
For any document you obtain, test it along three axes. First, authority: is it a current project or revenue record, or only a public viewing layer or broad announcement? Second, date and phase: does it concern the project phase relevant to your enquiry? Third, parcel specificity: does it name or otherwise clearly identify your khasra? A document that fails one of these tests may still be useful background, but it should not be treated as a final parcel answer.
The strongest practical confirmation is not simply “an official map” in the abstract. It is a current record whose issuing office confirms that it applies to the relevant phase and matches the exact revenue identifiers you supplied. If the office refers you to a notification or award schedule, ask whether that document includes your khasra and whether there is a later amendment, measurement record or other document that changes the answer.

Do not confuse the water-supply area with the submergence area
A Chief Minister’s Office release dated 26 September 2026 describes the wider Isarda-Dausa drinking-water scheme as proposed to serve 1,256 villages and six towns. It also reports that a 225 MLD treatment plant was in testing and commissioning. Those figures describe the scheme’s proposed service reach and infrastructure, not the dam’s submergence boundary or a list of acquired khasras.
Likewise, the approximately 2016 government appraisal reference to 37 villages and about 2,300 families is historical project-scale context. It should not be used as a current list of affected villages or as evidence that any particular khasra is affected.
These different numbers can be easy to conflate because they describe the same wider project area in different contexts. The 1,256-village and six-town figures concern proposed drinking-water beneficiaries, while the historical 37-village and approximately 2,300-family figures concern an appraisal-era estimate of project impacts. Neither figure identifies a parcel. Even if your village appears in a service-area announcement or an old impact reference, verify your own khasra against the current phase-specific project record.

- Provide the district, tehsil, revenue village and every relevant khasra number.
- Ask the Isarda Project Division, Tonk, to check the parcel against the current phase-specific measurement and acquisition records.
- Ask which notification, map, measurement sheet or award schedule supports the response, and request its date and reference number.
- Ask the Rehabilitation Division which office handles any affected-family or relocation record relevant to the property.
- Request written clarification if the map and revenue records differ.
- Keep the project response and the revenue record together; do not treat the public E-Mapping display as a legal determination.
Before you send the enquiry, check that the khasra list is complete, identify the project phase if known, and make clear which question you need answered: measurement, submergence mapping, acquisition record or rehabilitation status. Keep copies of what you submit and note the date. If the response is incomplete, ask a focused follow-up about the specific document or khasra that remains unresolved.
There is no stated fee or verified service deadline in the identified notices, so ask the receiving office about any applicable charge, submission channel and expected response time. Likewise, no direct owner-verification contact details are published in the cited tender information. Use the official Isarda project offices in Tonk and ask to be directed to the responsible records office rather than relying on an unverified phone number or intermediary.
The decisive evidence is a current official record matched to the property’s exact khasra identifiers. Without that match, public maps, village names, beneficiary counts and historical project figures cannot establish whether an individual property is inside or outside the Isarda Dam submergence zone.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I check whether my land is in the Isarda Dam submergence area?
Collect the district, tehsil, revenue village and every khasra number from your current land record. Use Rajasthan E-Mapping only to orient yourself, then ask the Isarda Project Division, Tonk, to check each khasra against current phase-specific measurement and acquisition records. Request the relevant document’s date and reference number or a copy.
Can I enter my khasra number online to get an official Isarda Dam status?
The official material described here does not identify a public online tool that returns an official parcel decision or a current public list of affected khasras. The Rajasthan E-Mapping DLC portal is a viewing aid, and its disclaimer says its data must not be used for legal matters.

Does a village being named in Isarda project information mean every property there will be submerged?
No. A village name or project-wide figure does not establish the status of every parcel within it. The office needs to check the property’s exact khasra identifiers against the current record for the relevant phase.
Does the 2026 second-phase tender confirm that my property is affected?
No. The Government of Rajasthan e-procurement notice published on 25 April 2026 covers measurement of land and properties in the second-phase submergence area and names the Isarda Project Division, Tonk. It does not list individual khasras or establish that measurement or acquisition is complete.
What should I ask the Isarda Project Division to provide?
Ask whether each khasra appears in the relevant phase’s measurement record, map, acquisition notification or award schedule. Request the record’s date, reference number and issuing office, and ask whether the answer is a preliminary map check or a status based on the applicable official record.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Is Rajasthan E-Mapping legally sufficient to show that my property is inside or outside the zone?
No. The portal states that its khasra and village boundaries have inherited accuracy, are for viewing only and should not be considered for legal matters. Use it for orientation, then obtain confirmation from the responsible project and revenue offices.
Do the 1,256 villages or six towns in the Isarda-Dausa water scheme identify submerged land?
No. The Chief Minister’s Office release dated 26 September 2026 describes the proposed drinking-water service reach, not the dam’s submergence boundary or a parcel list. It also reports a 225 MLD treatment plant in testing and commissioning; that is infrastructure information, not a land-status determination.
Is there a published fee or fixed time for getting a parcel check?
The identified official notices do not state a fee, standard response deadline or guaranteed turnaround for an owner’s parcel-specific enquiry. Ask the receiving office whether a copy or inspection has a charge, what submission method it accepts and what response time to expect.
The Bottom Line
Use your current revenue record to identify every khasra, and ask the Isarda Project Division, Tonk, for a written, phase-specific check against the applicable measurement, acquisition or award record. Rajasthan E-Mapping is only an orientation tool; the 2026 measurement tender, drinking-water service figures and historical village estimates do not determine whether your individual property is in the submergence zone.
