That social-impact claim should be kept separate from technical approval. - Which GlasRoc Exterior Sheathing part numbers and package markings are eligible?
- What purchase or shipment date starts and ends the current offer?
- Does eligibility depend on the distributor, project location, or sales channel?
- How are returns, credits, damaged panels, samples, and substituted products handled?
- What record will show qualifying quantities, and when will the donation be reported?
- Whom should the owner contact for confirmation if the invoice does not identify the campaign marking?
Keep the answers with the project’s submittals. If the manufacturer changes the terms, update the specification note and owner communication instead of relying on an old brochure or an undated web page.

For example: “The project specified specially marked CertainTeed GlasRoc Exterior Sheathing under the manufacturer’s program described in a CertainTeed-sponsored Construction Specifier article dated October 6, 2026. The article states that $0.09 is donated to Susan G. Komen for each qualifying panel sold.”
That wording avoids saying that Komen endorsed the project, that every GlasRoc panel everywhere qualifies, or that the project has independently verified the manufacturer’s cumulative fundraising figures. It also gives future readers a date and source so they can check whether the terms remain current.
