There is no reliable, documented list establishing what ten celebrities pay to insure their homes. Celebrity-specific premium figures should not be presented as facts without dated sourcing tied to the property, location, coverage and policy period. What can be explained is why those costs vary—and what information makes a premium estimate meaningful.

Are there verified home-insurance costs for these 10 celebrities?

No. The available reporting does not identify ten celebrities and verify individual home-insurance premiums. Without a reliable source for each figure, it is not possible to say what those people pay. A number attached to a celebrity or a luxury property may be an estimate, a quote, or a different housing expense altogether—not a confirmed policy premium.

For a figure to be useful, it should identify the property and the date, and clarify whether it is an annual premium or another cost. It should not be confused with property taxes, homeowners-association fees, or flood insurance bought separately.

Why is a celebrity’s premium difficult to estimate from a home’s value?

A home’s market value alone does not determine its insurance premium. Pricing can also depend on the cost to rebuild, the home’s location and exposure to catastrophe, the owner’s claims history, and the coverage selected. World Insurance lists factors including construction materials, distance to fire services, security systems, other structures, and credit score in most states in its homeowners insurance FAQ.

That makes a celebrity-home estimate especially hard to verify from public property information alone: a sale price does not reveal the insured replacement value, the policy’s limits, or its deductible.

What information makes two premiums comparable?

Before comparing two reported costs, check whether they refer to similar coverage and risk. At minimum, a meaningful comparison needs:

  • The insured property and the estimate or quote date
  • Location and relevant catastrophe exposure
  • Insured value or estimated rebuilding cost
  • Policy form and dwelling and contents limits
  • Deductible
  • Whether flood coverage or other relevant protection is included or purchased separately
  • Whether the figure is annual or monthly, and whether it is a quote, estimate, or paid premium

If those details are missing, the figures may not describe equivalent policies. A lower premium could reflect lower limits, a higher deductible, a different policy form, or coverage that is excluded or separate.

How do high-value homeowners policies work?

There is no single industry-wide home-value threshold that makes a property eligible for a high-value homeowners policy; insurers set their own criteria, according to World Insurance’s FAQ. The label alone therefore does not establish a particular price or level of coverage.

Policy forms also differ. A named-peril policy covers the perils listed in the contract. An open-peril form generally covers incidents unless the policy excludes them. The specific contract matters, so the policy label is not a substitute for checking its covered causes of loss, exclusions, limits and deductible.

What should you conclude from celebrity premium claims?

Treat a celebrity-specific home-insurance amount as unverified unless it is connected to a reliable source and a clearly identified property, coverage period and policy. Without those details, a list of ten prices would create a false sense of precision rather than show what celebrity homeowners actually pay.
