A separate archive record lists illustrated parts-list document 24831 and revisions 1, 2, and 3: Homelite Super XL-925 illustrated parts lists. These are historical document sources, not confirmation that a printed copy or any replacement part is currently in stock.
Homelite’s current site provides general chainsaw support, replacement-parts, and manuals paths. The reviewed official catalog results do not establish a downloadable Super XL 925 manual or currently supported parts for this vintage saw. Check Homelite support for current manufacturer resources.
What the UT-10415-C manual includes
The 15-page document is arranged by assembly. Its tables pair reference numbers with part numbers, quantities, and descriptions, so use the illustration and its matching table together rather than relying on a part name alone.

Choose the right document revision and variant
The archive’s scanned Revision 2 cover names both “HOMELITE SUPER XL 925 and SUPER XL 925W” and bears a Homelite Division of Textron Inc. imprint. The UT-10415-C identifier and the 24831 revision labels are not shown in the reviewed records as a complete cross-reference, so do not assume one document automatically supersedes or matches the other. Variant notes inside a parts list matter. UT-10415-C marks a wrap-around handle kit for SXL-925W and shows alternative sprocket drum configurations. Those details are reasons to check the saw itself—not evidence that every 925 or 925W component is interchangeable.
How to use the parts list before ordering
- Read the saw’s model marking. Record whether it is marked Super XL 925 or Super XL 925W, along with any other identifying information available on the saw.
- Check the document cover and identifier. Note whether you are using UT-10415-C or document 24831, and which 24831 revision the archive identifies.
- Find the assembly illustration. Locate the relevant section—such as engine, oiling, clutch, carburetor, or starter—and match the pictured component to its reference number.
- Read the corresponding table entry. Record the listed part number, description, and quantity, then review any variant notes or alternative configurations shown on the page.
- Confirm the fit before purchase. Compare the actual component and saw configuration with the illustration and listed number. If the revision or fit remains uncertain, ask a specialist to verify it before ordering.
The available records do not provide a complete serial-number compatibility chart. A matching-looking illustration or part number alone should not be treated as a definitive fit guarantee.

What the manual does—and does not—establish
The archive documents help with identification: they show assemblies, reference numbers, and listed parts. They do not establish present-day stock, prices, or whether a particular old number has a currently available replacement. The reviewed sources also do not verify a live retailer listing for a manual or replacement component. Treat any purchase as dependent on current listing details and confirmed fit.
