The intervention focuses on the entrance, guest facilities, kitchen, pantry and circulation: richly varied stone, tile, stainless steel and oak define arrival and entertaining areas, while a pale-blue hallway marks the move toward bedrooms and bathrooms. The studio lists the project as completed in August 2026.

The studio gives the apartment’s area as 196 m² and its completion as August 2026. ArchDaily also lists 196 m². These are project specifications, not broader housing or market statistics. Studio Modijefsky’s project page and ArchDaily’s project feature document the scheme.
How the entrance and guest toilet handle arrival
The entrance works as a transition from outside to inside, with storage and a place for everyday essentials built into the architecture. A custom marble niche is set into the wall, while bespoke oak wardrobes provide room for coats and personal belongings. This combination makes the first impression expressive without leaving practical arrival needs unaddressed.

In the guest toilet, the material contrast becomes more pronounced. Matte brown tile is paired with glossy zellige, and a bespoke Calacatta Viola marble vanity incorporates a stainless-steel sink. A faceted mirror and chrome wall sconces complete the composition. The project descriptions do not identify a brand or model for the sconces.
A kitchen designed around cooking and entertaining
The hallway opens into an open-plan kitchen and living area overlooking the canal. Reddish-brown floor tile, Rosso Levanto marble, cream Taj Mahal stone, stainless steel and warm wood establish a layered palette. Cabinetry and appliances are integrated into the wall composition, while a full-height burgundy marble wall gives the kitchen a strong focal point.

The island combines materials and uses: a sculptural stainless-steel counter extends into an integrated wooden dining table. A marble vessel built into the island can hold fruit, flowers or objects in everyday use; the project description says it can also serve as an ice bucket when entertaining. The feature is an example of a bespoke element serving more than one purpose, though the published description gives no performance or maintenance data.
