Groenberg presents the WEEKEND in two versions. The manufacturer’s advertised prices are European listings and may change; they do not establish the lowest price available across retailers.

Specifications and advertised prices are from Groenberg’s WEEKEND overview and its WEEKEND product page. A Globetrotter listing showed €999.95 and online availability on October 8, 2026. That retailer page lists dimensions of 220 × 130 × 120 cm and a weight of 12.5 kg without the 5.5 kg ladder. Because its stated weight differs from Groenberg’s Classic-only figure, confirm the exact variant and what the weight includes with the seller.
How the inflatable rooftop tent is set up
The WEEKEND uses an inflatable drop-stitch platform. Groenberg says to inflate it with the included hand pump or a compressor, assemble the tent with aluminum poles, and secure the assembled tent to roof rails at the destination. While driving, the tent is packed in the trunk rather than left mounted on the roof. Groenberg also describes ground use as an option; that is a manufacturer-stated use case.

Check vehicle and roof-rack compatibility
Groenberg positions the WEEKEND for buyers with limited storage or vehicles with lower roof-load capacity, but that is not a guarantee of fit for every car. Before purchase, check the permitted load for your specific vehicle and rack, the rack manufacturer’s guidance, and whether the crossbar spacing and shape work with your setup. Confirm the seller’s delivery, tax and return terms as well as the exact included components; compare total delivered cost rather than the headline price alone.
What comes with it—and what is optional
Groenberg’s product information lists a hand pump, ladder and repair kit in the package. The retailer listing also identifies a tent, carry bag, ladder and air pump. Check the chosen listing for its precise package contents; a replacement is only a separate purchase if a component is missing, damaged or unsuitable for your needs.

Optional WEEKEND accessories
- WEEKEND Bridge: A rollable support with integrated aluminum beams for wider roof-bar spacing, round crossbars or two-person use, according to Groenberg. It is designed exclusively for WEEKEND models; the manufacturer lists it at 1.8 kg with a stated 300 kg load capacity.
