Rieder states that 13 mm fibreC has a calculated service life of more than 50 years and is weather-resistant. “Calculated service life” is a manufacturer-published design claim, not a guarantee that every installation will remain unchanged; exposure, detailing, cleaning, impact and maintenance affect actual performance.
