Those are historical reported details: the available sources do not establish whether either home sold or what the mansion’s status is now.
Which Franco family homes were listed?
Jake Dietsch’s PerthNow report, published 4 August 2022, said Mario and Maggie Franco had listed their five-bedroom, six-bathroom home on Hobbs Avenue in Dalkeith. It also reported that Michael Franco and his wife Leanne had listed their home on Circe Circle.
For the Circe Circle property, the article said Michael and Leanne bought it in 2012 for $3.7 million, citing RP Data, and that offers were being invited in the mid-$5-million range in 2022. These are historical figures reported at the time, not present-day asking prices or valuations. The source does not establish whether either listing resulted in a sale.
How large was the Jutland Parade mansion?
PerthNow described the Jutland Parade project in 2022 as a seven-level mansion with 3,500 square metres of interior space. The report compared that figure with 3,012 square metres for Alan Bond’s former Dalkeith home. Both figures are attributed to PerthNow’s reporting, rather than independently audited measurements; the comparison indicates the reported scale, not a like-for-like technical measurement.

The same 2022 report put each of the neighbouring homes owned by Michael and Robert Franco at 2,800 square metres and said each of the three homes had space for 16 cars. Those particulars, too, are figures reported by PerthNow.
Why an earlier area estimate differs
A 2017 PerthNow article gave an earlier estimate of 3,400 square metres of build area and described a 16-car undercroft car park and boat shed. That estimate predates the 2022 report and refers to build area, while the later article specifies interior space. The two figures should not be treated as interchangeable or as a confirmed final measurement.

What is known about the project’s status?
The 2022 article described the family as building on Jutland Parade at that time; it does not verify completion or the project’s current status. A City of Nedlands council agenda dated 26 November 2019 refers to a retrospective stair-landing addition to a single house at 40 Jutland Parade and names M. R. Franco. This is limited planning context, not confirmation of the mansion’s completion or present condition.
Later property records for other Jutland Parade addresses do not establish the ownership, sale, or current market status of the Franco family properties. The reported listings and construction details should therefore be read as a snapshot of what PerthNow reported in 2022.
