The FOSOO APEX is a sonic electric toothbrush whose 2021 user manual lists four brushing modes, three intensity levels, a two-minute timer and wireless charging. Its published battery and speed figures vary by source, however, and the available material does not establish that it cleans better than other brushes or confirm which replacement heads fit every APEX version.
What the FOSOO APEX manual says it offers
The FCC equipment-document record identifies Shenzhen Wellon Technology Co., Limited as the applicant and includes a 2021 manual for a FOSOO sonic electric toothbrush. That manual describes these modes and speeds:
| Mode | Manual-listed speed |
|---|---|
| Clean | 38,400 vibrations per minute |
| Polish | 42,000 vibrations per minute |
| White | 38,400 vibrations per minute |
| Gum Care | 32,400 vibrations per minute |
The same manual lists Low, Medium and High intensity settings. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently measured performance results. The manual uses the phrase “brush movements per minute” for its top-line figure, while the mode specifications use “vibrations per minute.” Read the FOSOO user manual filed under FCC ID 2AZJJ2113.
Timer and other design features
The manual describes a two-minute timer that pauses at 30-second intervals to prompt movement to another area of the mouth. It also lists wireless charging, IPX7 waterproofing, a tongue cleaner on the back of the brush head, and memory for the last-used mode. These details describe the manual’s model family; verify the exact version and package contents on the listing for the unit you are considering, since the manual says contents can vary by model.

How long does the FOSOO APEX battery last?
There is no single runtime figure consistently supported across the available sources. The 2021 manual says charging takes 10 hours and claims up to 90 days of battery life. A 2024 review reports up to 180 days, and a retailer listing for an APEX variant also claims up to 180 days while specifying a 12-hour charge. Those are source-specific claims, not comparable independent battery tests.
| Source and date | Charging claim | Battery-life claim |
|---|---|---|
| FOSOO user manual, 2021 | 10 hours | Up to 90 days |
| Dr. Tom Bell review, 2024-03-21 | Not stated in the review | Up to 180 days |
| Retailer listing for an APEX variant, 2025-09-11 | 12 hours | Up to 180 days |
Actual time between charges will depend on use and the particular version. Check the instructions and seller details for the exact model rather than treating the highest published figure as guaranteed. The 2024 review is available at Dr. Tom Bell’s FOSOO APEX review; the retailer’s variant listing is at OneDayOnly.

Which replacement heads fit the FOSOO APEX?
The available sources do not establish an exact replacement-head part number or universal compatibility across APEX versions. Dr. Tom Bell’s 2024 review describes two head types, Clean and Sensitive, but that does not confirm current availability or that those heads fit every unit sold as an APEX.
- Check the exact model identifier and head attachment shown in the manual or product listing for your brush.
- Ask the seller or manufacturer to confirm compatibility before ordering; a listing that says “replacement heads” alone does not prove they fit your version.
- Confirm the number and type of heads included in the package, because the manual says contents can vary by model.
Do the claims establish better cleaning or whitening?
No model-specific clinical comparison in the available sources demonstrates that the APEX removes more plaque than another brush, prevents gingivitis, or produces a particular whitening or health outcome. The 2024 review reports firsthand impressions, including plaque-removal and professional-clean comparisons, but those are not controlled clinical findings. Treat claims of superior cleaning or specific oral-health results as claims or impressions, not established comparative evidence.

- 【Sanitary Packed】: Each replacement head equipped with dust cover then sealed into plastic bag and together packed in paper box. Three layers of protection avoid dust pollution during packing and transportation.
- 【Teeth Protection】: 95%-98% top of bristle rounded before packaging. Just considering protecting your teeth when brushing in high vibration. The teeth enamel would get worn if bristle was not rounded.
- 【High cost performance】: A box of 10 pieces can meet your need to change your toothbrush, and the price is more appropriate.Replace brush head every 3 months.
