The company says the added space will accommodate its growing team while creating more room for collaboration and employee gatherings.
What FaverGray added to its headquarters
Citybiz describes the completed addition as connecting to FaverGray’s existing brick headquarters. The reported 3,220-square-foot interior includes private offices, collaborative areas and meeting rooms. A separate 1,865-square-foot outdoor courtyard and lounge extends the shared space outside.
Reported interior features include large windows, a kitchenette with cold brew coffee on tap, an employee lounge and a conference room with a live-edge meeting table. A rear stairwell links the expansion to the existing headquarters so the two areas function as one workplace. These details are from citybiz’s project description.
The courtyard is described as having furnishings, landscaping, lighting and a large central island. The report says employees use it for lunches, celebrations, company events and food-truck days.

Why the company expanded
FaverGray says the added office capacity supports rising headcount and future hiring. President Ben Hinson told citybiz, “As FaverGray continues to grow, we wanted our office to grow with us.”
The project also creates space for both planned events and everyday interaction. Hinson told citybiz, “We wanted to create spaces for the big moments — company events, milestones and celebrations — but also for the everyday moments that really shape our culture.” The report presents the expansion as an investment in the company’s Jacksonville Beach base as well as a response to growth.
