Elderberry Tiny House: 30-Foot Home With Two Loft Spaces

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

The Elderberry is a 30-foot towable tiny house by Made Relative Tiny Homes, with a reported 320 square feet of interior space and two lofts designed for different uses. Its plan combines a main living area and office nook, a central kitchen, a bathroom and laundry hookups—but key appliances and the asking price need to be confirmed with the seller.

What is the Elderberry tiny house?

Made Relative Tiny Homes lists the Elderberry among its recent projects, and New Atlas identifies it as the builder’s towable 30-foot model. New Atlas reports 320 square feet (30 square meters) of interior space. The Tiny Home Builders marketplace listing describes a 30-by-8.5-foot trailer and also reports 320 square feet of living space. Confirm the dimensions and configuration for the specific home being offered.

How are the two lofts arranged?

The lofts have different access and potential uses, rather than forming two identical sleeping areas.

Main loft

A storage-integrated switchback staircase with a small landing leads to the main loft. New Atlas describes it as low-ceilinged, so it is worth checking the available headroom and intended use in person or with the seller before treating it as everyday sleeping space.

Secondary loft

A removable wooden ladder accesses the loft above the living room. New Atlas describes it as a possible storage area, hobby space or additional bedroom. The available sources do not establish a rated sleeping capacity; ask how the lofts are intended to be used and what furnishings or safety features are included.

What fits in the main living area?

New Atlas describes a convertible custom sofa, elm bookcase and entertainment center in the living room, alongside a small office nook with a desk, chair and shelving. The article also reports eleven windows and white shiplap and birch finishes. These details suggest a plan that uses the shared living space for both relaxing and work, but the sources do not give room-by-room dimensions.

What are the kitchen, bathroom and laundry details?

Kitchen

New Atlas reports an oven, propane-powered four-burner stove, sink, fridge/freezer, cabinetry, oak countertop and matching breakfast bar. The marketplace listing specifies a 30-inch gas range, refrigerator/freezer and tankless Rinnai water heater. Confirm the equipment in the actual configuration, including whether the range and refrigerator are included in the sale.

Bathroom and laundry

The reported bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seating bench, flushing toilet and vanity sink. The listing describes a space with hookups for a combo washer-dryer, but says the washer-dryer itself is not included. It also describes an optional dual-flush toilet and says a composting toilet is not included. Ask the seller which toilet is fitted to the particular home.

What does the listing say is not included?

The marketplace listing says the home is ready for a mini-split heating and cooling unit, but that the unit is not included. It also excludes the washer-dryer. Before comparing the Elderberry with another tiny house, get a written equipment list and confirm the hookups, electrical requirements and dimensions for any appliances you plan to add. The sources do not identify a compatible washer-dryer model.

What price and delivery information is available?

Prices in the available sources are dated snapshots, not a verified current offer. New Atlas reported an $81,000 asking price on March 14, 2026; the marketplace listing, accessed in 2026 with no publication date stated, displayed $75,000 and placed the home in Wichita, Kansas. Check the active listing and confirm the seller, availability, included equipment and final price. New Atlas said delivery information was not available in its report, so ask the seller about delivery area, cost and arrangements.

What should you compare before choosing a two-loft tiny house?

Other 30-foot dual-loft models, such as Mint Tiny Homes’ STR 30 and Wind River Tiny Homes’ Ocoee, are separate products; their features should not be assumed to apply to the Elderberry. Compare the specific build and offer on these points:

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  • Space: Check total interior area alongside the floor area available for daily activities.
  • Dimensions and towing: Verify trailer width, overall dimensions, weight and towing requirements for the exact build.
  • Lofts: Compare headroom, access, usable floor area and the intended use of each loft.
  • Sleeping: Confirm how many people can sleep comfortably and what beds or mattresses are included.
  • Utilities and equipment: Check heating and cooling, water heating, toilet type, laundry hookups and included appliances.
  • Price scope: Establish whether the asking price covers a shell, an unfurnished build or an equipped home, and identify any add-ons or delivery charges.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
