How the Pod 5 heats and cools the bed
The Hub circulates water through channels in the Cover. It heats or cools that water, allowing the mattress surface beneath each sleeper to be actively conditioned. Eight Sleep advertises an operating range of approximately 55°F to 110°F.

Eight Sleep’s current warranty terms list a two-year limited warranty for Pod 5 hardware. A five-year limited warranty is available with qualifying Enhanced or Elite membership, but active membership is required for warranty coverage. That makes the longer warranty a continuing paid obligation, not a free five-year guarantee.
The warranty applies to products purchased directly from Eight Sleep or authorized channels, is non-transferable, and a replacement does not restart the original warranty period. Read the official warranty terms before purchase.

Pod 5 Base and Pod Blanket: are they worth adding?
