For comparison purposes, use the current manual’s weight only for the SNT2100/SNT2100-FC listing and retain the catalog’s distinct series figure as historical context. Do not merge the two values into a single definitive weight.
Does the EGO SNT2100 come with batteries?
No. EGO’s product page lists the SNT2100 configuration as “Snow Blower Only”; batteries and charger are not included. Its Peak Power system combines two EGO 56V ARC Lithium batteries. EGO says its batteries and tools share compatibility, but owners should confirm their exact battery and equipment configuration against the manual before use.

EGO’s stated coverage estimate assumes two recommended 5.0Ah batteries. If you need packs, account for the cost and availability of two EGO 56V batteries separately from the tool.
How much snow can the SNT2100 handle, and how long does it run?
EGO says the SNT2100 can clear up to a 10-car driveway with 8 inches of snow on one charge when used with two recommended 5.0Ah batteries. That is a manufacturer estimate, not a measured independent result, and the statement does not establish how the machine performs in every snow type, depth, driveway layout, or operating condition.

EGO’s 2020 catalog lists up to 60 minutes of runtime with two 5.0Ah batteries and up to 90 minutes with two 7.5Ah batteries. The product’s 13-inch intake height and 21-inch width are useful dimensions when judging whether it fits your planned clearing area, but they do not by themselves establish a reliable snow-depth or snow-condition limit. Is the EGO SNT2100 discontinued?
Retailer listings suggest availability may be limited, but they do not prove a universal manufacturer discontinuation announcement. Lowe’s says the item is no longer sold there, while PowerPlusParts labels its SNT2100 listing discontinued. Those statements describe the retailers’ listings, not necessarily the product’s status everywhere. Safety and operating limits to check
The operator manual lists a recommended operating temperature range of -4°F to 50°F (-20°C to 10°C). It also gives specific precautions for keeping people clear and servicing the machine:
