The deal was real, but it was historical. On March 21, 2026, the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra was reported at $349.98 at Amazon, down from a reported original list price of $1,299.99. That is a nominal saving of $950.01, or about 73%. The same promotion was reported at Best Buy and Dreame, where coupon code L10PUXM was required. It should not be treated as a current deal without checking live checkout pricing, stock, seller information, and warranty coverage.

What “self-cleaning” actually includes
The L10s Pro Ultra’s dock is designed to remove much of the routine work associated with robot mopping. According to Dreame’s U.S. product page, it can:

- Wash the rotating mop pads with water heated to a claimed 136°F.
- Dry the mop pads with hot air.
- Refill the robot’s clean-water supply.
- Collect dirty water in a separate tank.
- Lift the mop pads when transitioning to carpet.
That does not make the system maintenance-free. Owners still need to refill clean water, empty dirty water, replace the dust bag, replenish cleaning solution, clean sensors and dock parts, and remove hair or debris from brushes, wheels, mop pads, and the washboard. The reported deal coverage also cited a 3.2-liter dust bag and up to 75 days between emptying, but actual intervals depend on pets, debris volume, settings, and bag capacity.

Best Buy lists mop lifting of up to 10.5mm and identifies a camera in the product’s feature information. Privacy-conscious buyers should review Dreame’s current app and privacy documentation before purchasing. The available evidence does not establish how camera data is stored or processed, so those details should not be assumed.
Check the seller before buying
Retailer listings showed why the seller matters as much as the headline price. A Best Buy marketplace offer was observed at $339.99, while a listing sold directly by Dreame Technology USA showed $799.99 and sold out. These are not equivalent offers.

Before ordering, verify:
- Who sells and ships the unit.
- Whether it is new, refurbished, or open-box.
- Whether the exact model is the U.S. L10s Pro Ultra Heat.
- What accessories are included.
- Whether the return period applies to that seller.
- Whether Dreame will honor the warranty for that unit and seller.
Dreame’s U.S. page displayed a three-year warranty, 30-day returns, and free shipping, but marketplace purchases may have different terms. Do not assume that a low third-party price receives the same coverage.

The strongest fit is a home with mostly hard flooring, some low- or medium-pile carpet, recurring kitchen or entryway messes, and an owner who values automated mop washing and drying. Pet owners and busy households may benefit most from frequent scheduled cleaning.
Rank #3
- High-Powered 25,000Pa Suction Performance: Powerfully clean hard floors and carpets with 25,000Pa suction and 5 suction levels for a customized clean throughout your home.
- Tackle Corner Messes with Ease: L40 Ultra Gen 2 extends its brush and mop to reach corners and under furniture, delivering a deeper clean where most vacuums fail.
- Less Manual Maintenance: All-in-one self-cleaning dock streamlines the autonomous cleaning experience. 4 tailored modes let you care for carpets with precision—carpet avoidance, suction boost, intensive carpet cleaning, and 0.41in mop lifting.
- Your Trusted Navigator for Cleaner Spaces: L40 Ultra Gen 2 maps your home with precision and avoids obstacles like shoes using Smart Pathfinder and 3DAdapt technologies.
- Healthier Home for Your Pets: Maintain clean pet zones with less manual effort, fostering a healthier, happier, and safer environment for your pets.
It is a weaker fit for homes dominated by thick or high-pile carpet, buyers who do not want to handle water tanks or cleaning solution, and anyone without room for a large dock. Dreame lists the dock at approximately 17 inches long, 16.42 inches wide, and 26.1 inches high, so measure the intended location carefully.
The 2.4GHz-only Wi-Fi requirement is another setup consideration. Homes using combined Wi-Fi bands may need to temporarily separate the 2.4GHz network during setup.

Model and price pitfalls
Do not treat the L10s Pro Ultra, L10s Ultra, L10s Ultra Gen 2, and L10s Pro Ultra Heat as interchangeable. Match the model name, model number, dock, included accessories, and hot-water cleaning specification on the product page before paying.
Also avoid judging value solely from the claimed $950.01 saving. A product’s original list price can become a weak benchmark after its market price falls. Compare the actual checkout price with current all-in-one competitors such as models from Roborock, Narwal, Ecovacs, iRobot, or Shark. Current competitor prices require a separate live check.

Verdict
The March promotion was an unusually low price for a robot vacuum-and-mop system with automatic dust emptying, mop washing, hot-air drying, and water handling. Around $350 to $400, a new U.S. model from a reputable seller with usable warranty coverage could be compelling.
But the “nearly $1,000 off” claim belongs to March 21, 2026. Dreame’s observed page was sold out, and the lowest Best Buy price was tied to a marketplace seller. Treat any later offer as a separate deal: confirm the live price, stock, seller, condition, return policy, and warranty before purchasing.
