ScanX also reported that Singh declared independence under Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, holds no shares in the company, and is not related to its existing directors. Those particulars have not been independently confirmed against a primary filing in the material available for this article.
Internal auditor appointment and fee
Separately, ScanX reported the appointment of M/s. Mahesh Sharma & Associates as internal auditor for FY2027–FY2031, effective October 9, 2026. The stated fee is ₹25,000 per year plus applicable taxes.

The retrieved material did not include the October 9 outcome filing, so the branch terms, director appointment and auditor details above remain attributed to ScanX.
