Bechtel demonstrates construction technology on television
Bechtel appeared on Advancements with Ted Danson, a program reported to air on Bloomberg Television. The segment showed four-legged robots equipped with cameras, sensors and laser scanners; autonomous construction equipment; and automated welding. The report describes the robots as tools for collecting data in hazardous or hard-to-reach places and says autonomous equipment can operate with minimal manual input, with skilled operators overseeing multiple machines. Hensel Phelps breaks ground on a planned Loveland headquarters
Hensel Phelps broke ground on Sept. 30, 2026, on a future headquarters in Loveland, Colorado. The planned four-story, 143,000-square-foot building is part of developer Realberry’s mixed-use project near Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34. Gensler is identified as the designer.
