Construction of the Center of Islamic Science, Culture and Faith in At-Bashy, Naryn Region, Kyrgyzstan, began with a capsule-laying ceremony, according to a report by News.kg. The report does not give the ceremony’s calendar date. It names local citizen Nurlan Omurakunov as the project’s financier but provides no budget or construction schedule.
What the report says about the start

Attendees included representatives of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, local officials, religious mentors and residents. Who is financing the center?

How the At-Bashy registry records differ
The Kyrgyz Ministry of Construction registry has a separate entry titled “Construction of a Muslim religious educational center in At-Bashy village, At-Bashy district.” Its record describes a two-storey project under construction and refers to design and approval documents. However, the registry title differs from the news report’s center name, and the available information does not establish that they refer to the same project. The two-storey description should therefore not be treated as a confirmed specification for the reported center. Ministry of Construction registry
