Cardo Group completed its acquisition of Aspect Group Services on 2 October 2026, adding a Wymondham-based contractor specialising in roofing, property maintenance and renewable-energy solutions. Construction News counted it as Cardo’s 17th acquisition overall and its fifth in 2026; the purchase price was not disclosed.

What Aspect Group Services does

Aspect is headquartered in Wymondham, Norfolk. Cardo says the business was founded in 1972 as a roofing contractor and has since developed services across pitched and flat roofing, property maintenance and renewables. It works for private, commercial and public-sector clients, undertaking work from small repairs and maintenance through to larger improvement programmes. Cardo Group’s announcement

Why Cardo says it bought Aspect

Cardo says the acquisition broadens its planned and responsive building-maintenance and renewables capability in the UK and expands its regional presence. That is the buyer’s stated rationale; the announcement does not establish what integration will look like or whether the anticipated capability gains have been achieved.

Aspect managing director Matt Dillon described the deal as “an exciting new chapter” and said the company had built a reputation for dependable delivery and specialist services across East Anglia. Cardo chief executive Liam Bevan called Aspect a strong addition, citing its roofing and building-maintenance expertise and East Anglia presence. These are statements from the companies, not independent assessments of market standing. Cardo Group’s announcement
