Haryana RERA identifies the project as SkyNest Towers in Sector 80, Faridabad, and lists BPTP Limited as its promoter. Launch context and project claims
In a launch announcement dated 21 April 2026, BPTP described SkyNest as a twin-tower project of approximately 150 metres and cited a ₹1,800 crore gross development value (GDV). GDV is a projected development-value figure, not booked sales or realized revenue, and should not be conflated with the ₹750 crore sales figure. BPTP’s launch announcement also describes proposed amenities as subject to final design, execution and operationalization.

The project website advertises 3- and 4-bedroom residences, a starting price of ₹4.80 crore, 20 “Sky Nests” and landscaped amenities. These are marketing descriptions, and prices, availability and specifications may change.
