The Globe reproduced the listing’s description of the cottage as having “wooden walls, built-in bookshelves, a window with diamond mullions, and many nooks and crannies” alongside modern amenities. Boston.com quoted the listing’s description of “the heart of this beach house” as a vaulted living room with a stone fireplace.
