If you need a countertop oven that can fit a whole 12-inch pizza, two BLACK+DECKER models explicitly list that capacity: the CTO6335S and the TO3265XSSD. The TO3265XSSD adds air-fry functionality but has a notably large listed footprint. These are manufacturer-stated specifications, not independent performance-test results, so choose by fit, counter space, features and included accessories rather than an unverified “best overall” ranking.
Which toaster ovens state that they fit a 12-inch pizza?
The BLACK+DECKER CTO6335S and TO3265XSSD both have manufacturer product pages that explicitly describe a 12-inch pizza fit. That stated diameter is a useful first filter, but it does not tell you whether your particular pan will clear the oven walls or whether the oven will fit comfortably on your counter.

The specifications above come from each manufacturer’s product page. They establish what the brands advertise, not comparative results for browning, cooking time, temperature accuracy or durability.
How to choose between the two 12-inch options
Choose around your counter space first
The TO3265XSSD’s listed exterior dimensions are 21.5 inches long, 23 inches wide and 11.2 inches high. Measure the space where you plan to use it, accounting for the manufacturer’s required ventilation clearance as well as room to open the door and handle hot food. The available specifications summarized here do not give comparable exterior dimensions for the CTO6335S, so check its current product listing and manual before comparing the two footprints.

Match functions to how you cook
The CTO6335S lists a pizza cooking option and convection cooking. The TO3265XSSD lists air fry, convection, bake, broil, toast and keep-warm functions. If you expect to use the oven for more than pizza, compare the modes you will actually use and the accessories supplied with the exact model listing.
Check the pan, not just the pizza diameter
A stated 12-inch pizza capacity is not a guarantee that every 12-inch pan will fit. Pan rims, handles and shape affect the space required, while the oven’s interior geometry can differ from its advertised maximum pizza diameter. Measure your pan’s outside dimensions and compare them with the oven’s usable interior dimensions where available. Follow the appliance’s clearance and use instructions.

Why a pizza setting does not prove 12-inch capacity
A dedicated pizza mode and physical capacity answer different questions. Breville lists a Pizza function for its Mini Smart Oven BOV450, but the manufacturer states that it fits pizzas up to 11 inches. It is therefore not a match if your requirement is a whole 12-inch pizza, despite the named setting.
When to consider a larger-capacity alternative
A product sheet for the Cuisinart TOB-260N1, hosted by Best Buy’s CDN, states that it fits a 13-inch pizza and includes a 13-inch pizza stone. The sheet also lists a 0.95-cubic-foot capacity, 1,800 watts and 15 cooking functions. Treat these as product-sheet claims, not an assurance that a current retailer listing uses the same model or includes the same bundle; verify both before buying. View the Cuisinart product sheet.

What to verify before you buy
- Confirm the full model number on the product listing and packaging; similar product names do not establish identical capacity or included items.
- Check that the stated pizza diameter matches the whole pizza you plan to cook, then confirm your pan’s outside measurements against the usable interior.
- Measure the counter location and follow the appliance’s ventilation-clearance instructions.
- Confirm the current listing’s included racks, pans, trays, baskets or stone rather than assuming an accessory shown elsewhere is bundled.
- Review the current price, availability, warranty and service terms directly with the manufacturer or seller; comparable current terms are not established for the models listed here.
How to read toaster-oven comparisons
Editorial reviews can help explain capacity and testing methods, but they are not a direct head-to-head test of these two BLACK+DECKER models. Tom’s Guide’s toaster oven guide says capacity should reflect what a buyer regularly cooks and notes that smaller ovens may not fit a 12-inch pizza; its guide describes product testing, including early-2025 testing for one covered model. Homes & Gardens says it tested more than 20 toaster ovens and lists a 13-inch pizza capacity for the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer and a 12-inch pizza-pan capacity for a KitchenAid model in its toaster oven guide. Those comparisons provide broader context, but the information cited here does not establish which 12-inch BLACK+DECKER model cooks better.
