The right pour-over coffee server is the one that fits your brewer, holds the amount you make, and suits how you serve and clean it. There is no comparative testing here to establish a single “best” model, so this guide compares manufacturer-documented features instead: capacity, construction, brewer pairing, and care instructions.
What to compare before buying a coffee server
Capacity and brew volume
Choose a server for the amount you usually brew, leaving enough room to pour without filling it to the brim. Hario’s cited standalone servers span 300 ml to 800 ml, while Kalita’s Wave Glass Server is listed in 300 ml and 500 ml versions. Brand “cup” measures are not necessarily interchangeable, so compare the stated milliliter capacity with your usual brew.
Material, lid, and care
Glass construction and care directions vary by model. A manufacturer’s description such as “heatproof” or “heat-resistant” is useful product information, but it does not establish how one server holds up against another. Check whether the lid is removable and whether the maker permits dishwasher, microwave, or hand washing before choosing.
Dripper fit and what is included
Some servers are designed around a particular brewing system. Kalita says its Wave server is designed to pair with Wave brewers; for another dripper, check the physical fit rather than assuming it will sit securely. Also distinguish a standalone carafe from a complete set that includes a dripper and filters.

Standalone coffee servers
Hario V60 Range Server
Hario USA lists 360 ml, 600 ml, and 800 ml sizes. The manufacturer describes a heatproof borosilicate-glass body with a polypropylene lid and handle, measurement lines, and microwave safety with or without the lid. One customer review on Hario’s page says the markings seemed inaccurate; that is an individual report, not evidence of a general or measured defect. See Hario’s V60 Range Server details.
Hario Beaker Server
Hario lists practical capacities of 300 ml and 600 ml and describes the body as heatproof borosilicate glass. The maker also highlights measurement marks and a wide, flat handle intended to support a controlled pour; these are manufacturer descriptions, not independent pour-performance findings. See Hario’s Beaker Server details.

Its page displayed a sold-out notice when checked, so confirm current availability before choosing it. Check Hario’s Simply Coffee and Tea Server page.
Kalita Wave Glass Server
Kalita lists 300 ml and 500 ml models. Its 500 ml product page describes heat-resistant glass, a molded plastic lid, manufacture in Thailand, and dishwasher and microwave safety. Kalita says the server is designed to pair with Wave brewers. See Kalita’s 500 ml Wave Glass Server details.

A complete brewer-and-server alternative
Fellow Stagg XF Pour-Over Set
This is a brewing set rather than a standalone server: Fellow lists a Stagg dripper, a double-wall glass carafe, and 20 paper filters, with capacity up to 20 oz. Fellow advises hand washing the carafe and says it is not microwave safe. The company says the double wall helps maintain brewing temperature and keeps coffee hot longer; that is Fellow’s product claim, not a comparative measurement. See Fellow’s Stagg XF set details.
