How to compare mattress offers fairly
Compare the exact same model and size, not just two percentage-off banners. Record the amount you would actually pay to have the mattress delivered to your postcode, and verify that the offer applies to the size you want.
- Final delivered cost: Include delivery, freight, assembly and other mandatory charges. Bedshed notes that freight can affect prices in country areas and that not every product is available in every store. Should you wait for Cyber Monday or buy now?
There is no established market-wide statistic showing that Cyber Monday is better than Black Friday for Australian mattresses, and the reviewed retailer information does not confirm either event’s mattress offers. If you need a mattress before late November, weigh the cost of waiting against the price and terms of a suitable offer available now.
