The best industrial juicer depends on what you juice, how much you serve at peak times, and the process your operation needs. A café or bar citrus press is not a factory-line system: commercial listings cover citrus presses, automatic orange juicers, centrifugal extractors, cold-press machines and larger processing equipment. Start by matching the category to your fruit and workload, then verify sanitation approval, utilities, cleaning demands and local service for the exact model.
Which commercial juicer category fits your operation?
“Industrial juicer” is used loosely. Equipment described with that label can serve a counter, a busy food-service operation or a larger production line. NSF’s current NSF/ANSI 8 directory includes different product categories, including Citrus Juicer, Cold Press Juicer and High Output Centrifugal Juice Extractor. The category matters because fruit compatibility, workflow and capacity differ.
| Equipment category | Best fit to assess | Key selection question |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial citrus press or extractor | Bars, cafés and food-service counters preparing citrus drinks | Does it handle your citrus mix and peak service volume? |
| Automatic orange juicer | Operations centered on fresh orange juice and repeatable service | Does its fruit-per-hour or fruit-per-minute claim suit your real workflow? |
| Centrifugal extractor | Operations processing produce suited to centrifugal extraction | Does the listed model support the fruits and duty cycle you need? |
| Cold-press system | Operations specifically seeking cold-press extraction | Are the machine’s capacity, cleaning process and service support suitable for production? |
These categories are not interchangeable. Establish your fruit mix, servings per hour and whether production is made to order or in batches before comparing models. If your requirement is a factory-scale processing line, do not treat a countertop or bar machine as an equivalent solution.
How to compare the best commercial juicer options
Use the same checklist for every candidate. Manufacturer and supplier capacity figures are specifications, not proof of comparable real-world output.

#1 Best Overall
- 【1300W Powerful Motor】- Maximum 1300W powerful full copper motor allows the blades to spin faster, and provide high torque even at low speeds, which can result in a more thorough extraction of juice from fruits and vegetables. GDOR juicer plus can lead to a higher juice yield and less waste. Besides, it is less likely to suffer from overheating, burnout, or other types of motor failure, which means that juicer machines can offer a longer lifespan and greater reliability
- 【3.4” Wide Feed Chute】- The juicer extractor has a 3.4” inch wide chute feed. Centrifugal Juicer is time-saving and convenience as it allows for whole fruits and vegetables to be fed into the juicer without the need for prepping or cutting them into smaller pieces. Juice extractor machine also improves yield as the produce can be fed into the juicer more easily, resulting in a higher yield of juice, and reduces mess as there is less chance of spilling over

- Fruit compatibility: Confirm the exact fruits and sizes supported, not just a broad “citrus” or “produce” description.
- Capacity and workload: Compare the stated unit—litres per hour, oranges per hour or fruits per minute—with your expected daily volume and rush periods.
- Extraction evidence: Ask for yield information under conditions that resemble your fruit, portion size and service workflow. The available figures below are not a matched performance test.
- Sanitation listing: Check the exact model, suffix and electrical configuration in the current listing for your market.
- Electrical fit: Verify voltage, frequency, phase and plug against the installation site.
- Space and waste handling: Measure the machine’s footprint and plan for peels, pulp, bins and staff movement.
- Cleaning and duty: Confirm how it disassembles, how long cleaning takes, noise, and whether it is suited to continuous or intermittent operation.
- Ownership and support: Verify warranty terms, parts availability, installation needs and local service coverage before purchase.
Commercial citrus juicer models with published specifications
The following figures come from maker or supplier product pages, not independent head-to-head testing. Their units and contexts differ, so they cannot establish which machine is fastest or produces the most juice.
| Model | Published capacity | Other listed details | Fit and checks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waring BJ120C Citrus Bar Juicer | Up to 120 oranges per hour, according to Waring’s BJ120C product page (accessed 2026) | Waring states a limited one-year warranty and TUVus/NSF approvals. | A compact bar citrus machine; compare the stated capacity with your actual peak demand and verify the approval for the exact configuration. |

Capacity units measure different things: litres of juice, oranges, or fruits. Fruit size, operator handling, downtime, extraction yield and cleaning workflow also affect output. No independently measured, matched yield comparison is established for these models, so do not infer a ranking from the numbers alone.

How to verify NSF or other sanitation claims
Certification should be checked against the exact machine you intend to buy. NSF’s NSF/ANSI 8 directory identifies commercial powered food-preparation equipment and lists juicer categories and named models. Its page reported listings current October 6, 2026. Search the live directory for the precise model, suffix and electrical configuration, and confirm that the listing applies in your market.
A general statement that a brand’s juicers are certified does not automatically establish the status of every model or configuration. For example, Citrocasa USA says its juicers are NSF certified and UL-763 certified; treat that as a vendor claim and verify the particular unit. The manufacturer also identifies Citrus America as a full-service North American distribution partner. Ask the vendor or distributor to confirm the equipment listing, installation requirements and service arrangement for your site.

What to confirm before buying an industrial juicer machine
- Write down your production brief. List fruits, expected drinks or litres per day, peak-hour demand and whether you need counter-service or production-line equipment.
- Shortlist the right process. Compare only machines that suit your fruit and scale; distinguish citrus extraction from centrifugal, cold-press and automated orange-juicing systems.
- Verify the exact specification. Obtain the model and configuration, electrical requirements, footprint, waste-handling details, cleaning procedure and duty-cycle guidance.
- Check sanitation status. Search the applicable live certification directory for the exact model and configuration rather than relying on a brand-level statement.
- Confirm support before committing. Get warranty coverage, parts access, installation responsibilities and local service response expectations in writing from the seller or manufacturer.
- Compare performance on equal terms. Ask suppliers to explain the test conditions behind capacity and yield claims; do not compare unlike units as if they were a common benchmark.
Current transaction prices, lifetime operating costs, independently measured yields, matched head-to-head performance and live marketplace availability are not established here. Request a site-specific quote and service plan rather than choosing on an assumed cost or performance ranking.
