Whether any is worth buying comes down to how often you make eggs and whether its parts justify the counter or cabinet space.

Which type suits your routine?
Choose DASH for batches and multiple styles
DASH is the most clearly specified option here if you want one countertop appliance for boiled eggs, poached eggs, and omelettes. Its manufacturer says: “In less time than it takes to boil water on the stove, hard or soft boil up to 7 eggs, poach 2 eggs, or make an omelette with all your favorite ingredients.” Treat that as marketing copy, not independently measured timing evidence. The stated capacities make it easier to judge whether it matches your usual batch size.
Choose Egglettes if shell-free cooking is the priority
The Egglettes set is described as a way to cook eggs without the shell. It is a distinct format rather than a multi-mode countertop cooker; the listing does not provide enough detail to compare capacity or other cooking modes with DASH.
Consider the microwave set for its listed accessories
The retailer’s microwave egg-cooking set includes an egg boiler, bacon plate, omelette trays, and tongs. The listing does not establish its capacity or provide enough instructions to assess exactly how it cooks, so check the specific product details before choosing it.

Is an egg cooker worth the space?
Think about how often you cook eggs and whether you would use the appliance’s particular method and accessories. A cooker used regularly for batches or more than one egg style may earn its place more easily than a gadget used occasionally for one preparation. A set with separate trays and bowls also needs storage for those parts.
No dimensions are established for these products, so there is no sound basis here to call any one of them compact. Compare the exact model’s measurements with your available counter or cabinet space, and consider where its removable parts will go. Current prices, warranties, and stock are not verified, so weigh those details using the specific listing you are considering.

Parts, cleanup, and safe use
Check cleaning directions for the exact model
DASH lists several removable components, but the available product details do not establish whether those parts are dishwasher-safe. Check the exact model’s manual for cleaning instructions rather than assuming the trays or bowl can go in a dishwasher. The retailer information for Egg Genie and the microwave set does not establish cleaning directions either.
Follow the product’s own instructions
For Egglettes, the retailer explicitly says the cups are not intended for microwave use and that the contents will be very hot. Follow that warning for this product, and use the exact model’s instructions for any egg cooker or microwave set; do not assume one product’s directions apply to another.
