For a compact, lower-wattage countertop option, the COSORI Lite CAF-LI211 is a useful shortlist candidate; the Dash DCAF260 offers a little more listed basket capacity at 1,000 W; and the Elite Gourmet EAF1121 is narrower but holds just 1.0 L. These are specification-based picks, not hands-on test winners. If you are replacing or installing equipment, an integrated air-fryer microwave may be a better space-saving choice.

- Lower listed wattage: COSORI Lite CAF-LI211, listed at 900 W and 2.0 L by Tiny Kitchen Lab.
- More listed capacity among the compact countertop options: Dash Digital Tasti-Crisp DCAF260, listed at 1,000 W and 2.5 L by the same comparison.
- Smallest width in that comparison: Elite Gourmet EAF1121, listed at 16.5 cm wide, but its capacity is only 1.0 L.
- Integrated appliance: Consider a built-in combination unit only if you are evaluating an installation or replacement, not simply looking for a portable fryer. Dometic and Lippert describe RV-oriented combination options.
Before choosing any of them, check the exact model’s voltage and current manual, then confirm that your RV’s circuit or inverter can supply its rated input alongside any other appliances you expect to run.
Compare wattage, capacity and footprint
The figures below come from Tiny Kitchen Lab’s 2026 comparison, which says it compiles manufacturer manuals and specifications rather than hands-on testing. Its figures can help narrow the field, but confirm them against the manual for the exact model and regional version you plan to buy.

Capacity is not a measure of electrical demand: the Elite Gourmet is the smallest listed by capacity but is rated at the same wattage as the larger Dash. Also, a narrow appliance may still need room around its exhaust and enough clearance from nearby surfaces. The comparison lists clearance for two of these models; where it does not, do not assume zero clearance.

How to choose an air fryer for your RV
Check the electrical supply first
Use the appliance’s rated input and voltage from its own label or current manual. Then consider what else will be drawing power on the same circuit or through the inverter at the same time. Shore power, generator capacity, circuit limits and inverter output are not interchangeable guarantees that any countertop appliance will work. Practical Motorhome similarly advises matching an appliance to the available hookup or portable power source: its UK-oriented guide covers products and supply conditions in a different regional market, so do not treat 230 V products as interchangeable with 120 V models.
If you plan to use an air fryer off-grid, assess both the inverter’s continuous AC output and the energy available for the intended cooking time. A wattage figure alone does not establish how long a battery can support the appliance.

Match basket size to meals, not just passenger count
A 1.0 L basket may suit a solo snack or side, but cooking for several people can mean repeated batches. The listed 2.0 L and 2.5 L options offer more room, though their capacity figures alone do not guarantee that a particular meal fits in one layer or cooks evenly. Consider the food you actually make, and whether you are willing to cook in batches.
Measure both counter and storage space
Measure the location where the appliance will operate and where it will be stowed. Include the handle, lid or basket movement, cord routing, and the manufacturer’s required ventilation clearance—not only the body width. The COSORI comparison lists 13 cm of clearance and the Elite Gourmet comparison lists 10.2 cm; consult the exact manual for the other models and for any installation constraints.

Confirm model code and regional version
Similar product names can refer to different versions. Check the complete model code, voltage, plug, rated input and manual for the market where you are buying. A wattage-and-capacity listing from one region should not be assumed to apply to a similarly named unit sold elsewhere.

A countertop fryer is movable and avoids a built-in installation, but it occupies counter and storage space. A combination microwave with air-fry or convection features can consolidate functions, but it is a different equipment decision: verify dimensions, electrical supply, ventilation and installation requirements before purchase.

Dometic also states that the AC MWAO 240 “Meets the strict ECE R10 automotive standards required for safe integration in motorhomes and caravans.” Attribute that statement to Dometic; it is not a substitute for checking installation requirements in your vehicle.
What is the best air fryer for a motorhome?
There is no universal best model for every motorhome. For a portable unit, compare rated wattage against available electrical headroom, then choose the largest capacity that fits your counter, storage and clearance limits. The COSORI Lite is a lower-wattage candidate in the cited comparison; the Dash has more listed capacity, while the Elite Gourmet is narrower but substantially smaller inside. If counter space is the overriding concern and you are already replacing built-in equipment, compare integrated options instead.
