Choose material and handling characteristics
The options listed include aluminium and stainless steel. Compare the exact model’s dimensions, material, and weight with your storage space and how comfortably you can lift and handle a full cooker. The cited specifications do not establish a universal winner for durability or ease of handling.
Compare the pressure controls and safety features
Look in the model-specific manual for its regulator, locking indicator, valves, and operating instructions. Do not compare pressure numbers as though they were interchangeable unless the makers define them the same way. For example, Häeger’s manual gives both a working-pressure figure and a separate safety-valve pressure range; those describe different specifications.

Use and troubleshoot it according to its manual
Pressure-cooker safety instructions differ by model. Tefal’s product-care guidance says to let the cooker cool and, after opening, check that all steam has escaped and the locking indicator is in its correct position, depending on the model.
