The Beck Group ranked No. 15 in the small and medium company category of the 2026 Best Workplaces in Construction list, according to a report published by Construction Owners on October 10, 2026. The placement is not an overall rank across every company size; the report describes it as Beck’s first appearance on the national construction list.

What Beck Group’s No. 15 ranking means

Construction Owners reports that Beck placed 15th among small and medium construction companies. The report says the list separates organizations with 10 to 999 employees into that category, while companies with at least 1,000 employees compete in a large-company category. These category definitions are reported by Construction Owners and are not independently confirmed here.

The report attributes the ranking to employee survey responses collected by Great Place to Work. It calls this Beck’s first appearance on the national construction ranking; it does not establish a rank across all company-size categories or explain how Beck would compare with the large-company entries.

How the ranking is described

According to Construction Owners, Great Place to Work uses its Trust Index Survey as part of its workplace evaluation. The article says the construction ranking considers employee experiences across job roles and employment circumstances. It does not provide enough detail to establish the weighting of survey responses or how scores translate into exact placements.

Participation figures

Construction Owners reports that more than 64,000 employees contributed responses to the 2026 construction-industry ranking. Separately, it cites more than 1.3 million responses in the broader annual workforce study, representing companies with more than 7.3 million employees. Those broader-study figures are not the participation count for the construction ranking.

Workplace practices the report associates with Beck

Construction Owners says Beck uses employee feedback to inform professional development, leadership development, compensation transparency, and long-term incentives. The article describes an annual Employee Experience Survey, town halls, and other internal feedback channels as ways Beck gathers input. These are details reported by Construction Owners, not independently confirmed company statements, and the article does not show that any particular program caused the ranking.

The same report says Beck holds Great Place to Work Certification and was recognized as a 2026 Best Workplace in Texas. Those recognitions were not independently verified, so they should be understood as claims in the October 10, 2026 report rather than confirmation of Beck’s current certification status.

What is confirmed—and what remains attributed

The available account is a secondary trade-news report from Construction Owners, which identifies Beck Group as its source but does not link to a primary announcement from Beck or Great Place to Work. Accordingly, the No. 15 placement, category details, participation figures, and company workplace practices are best attributed to that report unless confirmed by a primary source.
