The nine Argos offers featured in T3’s Big Red Event roundup were reported on 22 May 2025; they are historical prices, not confirmed live deals. Argos’s event page now says the Big Red event is over, so check current product pages and promotion terms before buying. Here is what the original list included, what each item does, and which practical details matter if you are comparing products today.
What happened to the Argos Big Red Event?
T3 published its roundup on 22 May 2025, presenting the event around the May bank holiday weekend. Its listed prices and checkout codes describe that promotion at the time, not current offers. Argos’s official Big Red event page says the event is over; its terms also state that offers end on 1 September. The page’s instructions described RED10, RED20, RED30 and RED50 codes for selected products, applied at checkout, but those historical codes should not be assumed to work now.
Argos continues to show changing categories of offers on its garden and DIY offers page. That page does not confirm the old prices for the nine products below.

- Frozen treats and blending: The Ninja Creami’s listed programmes target frozen desserts and drinks. The Nutribullet 600 Series is a blender. Choose by the tasks you expect to do rather than treating the two as interchangeable appliances.

- Philips Hue bulbs: Confirm that B22 is the fitting your light takes. The roundup describes soft-white bulbs and voice control, but does not specify the smart-home setup or compatibility requirements; check the current product listing for those details.
- Ring doorbell: The listed model is the 2024 Battery Video Doorbell, and T3 said the offer included a chime. Verify what is included with the current listing and whether the device suits your installation and home network.

- Flymo mower: This is a corded 33cm hover mower, reported as 1700W with a 20-litre grass box. Assess whether the cable can reach all areas safely and whether the cutting width and collection capacity suit your lawn.
