Al Habtoor Group’s post also associates the celebration with 20 million safe man-hours without a lost-time injury, a company-reported figure for which no independent audit is cited.

On 22 April 2026, Al Habtoor Group said the tower had reached its highest structural point at 86 floors. The company described a 1,740-unit project, with façade completion, interior finishes and amenities among the remaining work at that stage. It said more than 1,300 apartments were scheduled for phased delivery in summer 2026; that was a schedule statement, not evidence that delivery or handover took place. A separate engineering article dated 20 May 2026 described Al Habtoor Tower as approximately 400 metres tall and 91 floors, with 1,740 units, and discussed its top-down construction method. The two published floor descriptions differ: the April announcement says 86 floors at the highest structural point, while the May article says 91 floors. The available statements do not explain the difference or specify a floor-count convention, so the figures should remain attributed to their respective publications rather than combined into a single specification. Completion schedules are not completion confirmation
Invest in Dubai’s 16 February 2026 overview listed Al Habtoor Tower among developments scheduled for completion in 2026, placing it on Sheikh Zayed Road in the prime central apartment segment. What the reported safety figure does—and does not—say
Al Habtoor Group links 20 million safe man-hours without a lost-time injury to the final-panel celebration. This is a construction safety milestone as reported by the developer, not an independently verified statistic in the cited material. It describes the company’s stated project record; it does not, on its own, establish the tower’s completion status or overall safety performance beyond that reported measure.

- The precise date on which the final panel was installed or the celebration took place.
- Whether all construction and finishing work has been completed.
- Whether any apartments have been handed over to residents.
