Quinta Brunson reportedly bought a mid-century-modern home in Valley Village in December 2021 for about $1.5 million. It was later listed for $1.65 million in 2024, and property-history data records a subsequent sale for $1.595 million. Those figures describe separate stages of the home’s history—not its current value or ownership.

Which Valley Village home was associated with Quinta Brunson?

The property is identified as 5814 Wilkinson Avenue in Valley Village, Los Angeles. Homes.com’s property history attributes a December 2021 purchase to Quinta Alyse Brunson. The page says its history is based on public records, but the consulted material does not include independent county-record documentation, so the attribution should be treated as reported property-history information.

What happened to the home’s price?

The figures refer to different points in the transaction history. Homes.com records a $1,542,000 sale in December 2021; Yahoo Entertainment described Brunson’s purchase as about $1.5 million. Yahoo’s 2024 report says the home was listed for $1.65 million, while Homes.com records a later sale for $1,595,000.

Transaction stage Reported amount Source and qualification
December 2021 purchase $1,542,000 Homes.com property history; Yahoo Entertainment rounded the purchase to about $1.5 million.
2024 asking price $1,650,000 Yahoo Entertainment’s 2024 report; this is the listing price, not the recorded sale price.
Later recorded sale $1,595,000 Homes.com property history; a later transaction figure, distinct from the asking price.

The $1.5 million shorthand in the headline refers to the reported 2021 purchase, not the 2024 asking price. A listing price is what a seller seeks; it is not evidence of the final transaction amount.

What is the house like?

Homes.com describes the house as a 1961 mid-century-modern property measuring about 2,189 square feet, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an in-ground pool. Yahoo Entertainment’s 2024 account, which attributes its home description to Architectural Digest, mentions a vaulted courtyard, a floating fireplace, and stainless-steel kitchen appliances. These are reported property and listing descriptions, not a firsthand inspection.

Is Quinta Brunson still the owner?

The consulted sources do not establish who owns the property now or whether anyone currently occupies it. Homes.com masks the later buyer, and its property page cautions that the information is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. The available transaction history also does not establish a verified current market value.
