Tru Form Tiny describes off-grid living as a configurable set of options, including solar panels, alternative toilets and water systems. Its public pages do not identify the specific “new” house in the headline or confirm which systems that home includes. Treat “anywhere” as promotional language: whether a tiny home can be parked or occupied depends on local rules and the destination’s policies.
What Tru Form Tiny says its off-grid homes can include
Tru Form Tiny, a luxury tiny-home builder based in Eugene, Oregon, describes its homes as customizable and build-to-order. Its off-grid information names options across three basic needs:
- Electricity: solar panels.
- Sanitation: incinerating or composting toilets.
- Water: smart water systems and rainwater collection.
These are options the builder describes, not a confirmed equipment list for every home. The public information does not establish which options are standard, which are available for a particular model, or the capacity and performance of any system. Ask for those details in the written specification for the build you are considering. Tru Form Tiny’s off-grid information
What is—and is not—confirmed about the “new” house
The builder’s public pages describe its business, models and general customization options, but do not identify the exact house referenced in the headline. They do not verify that home’s model, equipment package, construction details, price or availability. That means the builder’s general options cannot be presented as specifications for this particular house.

The model page also makes general claims about features such as insulation, double-pane windows and RVIA certification. Those claims should not be transferred to an unidentified home; check the current, model-specific specification sheet and certification documents. Tru Form Tiny’s model information
A separate article describes Terra Haven, another Tru Form Tiny home, as having an advanced solar system and water storage. It does not establish that Terra Haven is the home in the headline. The separate Terra Haven article

What to ask before choosing an off-grid build
Request answers tied to the exact model and quoted build, rather than relying on a general description of off-grid options.
- Solar: What equipment is included, and what capacity and expected performance does the specification document state?
- Toilet: Is the toilet incinerating or composting, and what is included in the selected configuration?
- Water: Does the build include a smart water system, rainwater collection, or both? Ask what components and capacity are specified.
- Construction and certification: Which insulation, windows and certification details apply to this model and build? Request the current documentation.
- Price and availability: Which price and inventory information applies to the quoted home now? The model page lists starting prices, but the public materials do not verify a price for the unidentified house.
“Anywhere” still depends on the destination
Off-grid equipment does not itself grant permission to park or live in a tiny home. Tru Form Tiny says parking and occupancy depend on local regulations and on campground or RV park policies; site conditions and utility or waste rules also matter. Before committing to a location, confirm the requirements with the relevant local authority and the property owner or park.

The builder’s FAQ addresses both “Where can I park my tiny home?” and “How much per month does a tiny house cost?” Its monthly utility and insurance estimates are not accompanied by a publication year or methodology in the reviewed material, so they should not be treated as current cost benchmarks. On its homepage, Tru Form Tiny customer Elle B. says: “From the large, functional kitchen perfect for entertaining, to the off-grid solar system that gives us true independence.” This is a customer testimonial, not an independent technical assessment or proof of the equipment fitted to the house in the headline.
