4. BAUER Random Orbit Palm Sander: surface preparation

Confirm the exact kit contents—especially whether a battery and charger are included—and the current price before purchase. What the prices do—and do not—tell you
Harbor Freight’s guide is useful for identifying products it grouped into budget bands, but it is not a current price list.
