Neve Campbell and her longtime partner, actor JJ Feild, listed their Colonial-style home in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, in April 2025 for $4.287 million—often rounded to $4.3 million. The listing is historical, not a current offer. Reports describe a 1925 house with 4,532 square feet, five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and extensive hillside grounds.
What the Sherman Oaks home includes
Fox Business reported that the house was built in 1925 and sits on a 0.39-acre lot. Its reported 4,532 square feet include five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as an accessory dwelling unit above the garage. The property was also described as having a three-car garage and an elevator connecting street level to the home (Fox Business, 2025).
Yahoo’s April 2025 listing coverage described white clapboard siding, a columned porch, and a private hillside setting. Reported interior and outdoor features included a formal living room with a fireplace and French doors, a remodeled kitchen, a primary suite, a pool and spa, a cedar sauna, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen, and a detached guesthouse (Yahoo, April 2025).
The Times of India also described a guest wing with a private entrance and characterized the grounds as a roughly 0.4-acre double lot. Those figures are rounded descriptions; Fox Business gives the more precise reported lot size of 0.39 acres (The Times of India, 2025).

Is the home still on the market?
The April 2025 listing should not be treated as current. A later secondary report claims a $4.3 million sale, but without corroboration from a primary closing record, the sale price and date remain unverified. The reported asking price is not evidence of the final transaction price.

The reported asking price was $1.472 million above the reported 2020 purchase price. That difference compares two reported prices only; it does not establish a realized gain, account for renovations or transaction costs, or show the eventual closing price.
