Mark Wahlberg has reportedly bought Palazzo di Lago, a furnished estate in Stone Creek Ranch near Delray Beach, Florida, for $37 million. Realtor.com reported the sale on October 17, 2025; the property is described as an 18,206-square-foot home on a 2.7-acre lot. “Billionaires Row” is a nickname for the community’s luxury-home stretch, not an official neighborhood name.
What the reported $37 million purchase includes
Realtor.com reported that the sale price included the furnishings. The home had been listed for $45 million after developer Aldo Stark bought it for $26 million earlier in 2025 and renovated it, according to Realtor.com’s October 17, 2025 report. The buyer was represented by Michael Costello of Compass, while Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman represented the listing.
The transaction and property details below are reported by media outlets; the county deed record was not independently checked. The quoted sale price should therefore be understood as a reported transaction figure.

Architectural Digest’s October 17, 2025 account additionally mentions two kitchens, two offices, a car gallery, a wellness retreat, a tennis court, a cabana and a safe room. It describes the grounds as 2.5 acres, compared with Realtor.com’s 2.7-acre lot figure; the published accounts differ on the land area.
What “Billionaires Row” means here
Stone Creek Ranch is a gated community near Delray Beach, rather than a beachfront enclave. Fortune reported on May 25, 2026, that the community has 37 homes, guarded entrances and 24/7 security. It also noted that Stone Creek Ranch has no private golf club. The nickname “Billionaires Row” refers to its luxury-home stretch, not a formal place designation.

Fortune quoted Adžem saying the home was “a really great value for $37 million,” and that a comparable house on the ocean “would cost $137 million.” Those are the listing agent’s opinions, not an independently established valuation or sale comparison. She also told Fortune that neighborhood home prices averaged around $6 million before she began selling there; Fortune did not specify the period for that figure. See Fortune’s neighborhood report for her remarks and its description of the community.
