Has the Malaga Homemaker Centre been approved or built?
The available sources do not verify a final planning decision, subsequent construction or an opening. The developer’s reported hope in 2022 was to complete the centre in 2024 if it received approval; that past target is not evidence that the project was approved or delivered. PerthNow report, 3 March 2022
The council design-review document is a proposal-stage report dated 17 February 2022, not a final approval record. For a confirmed present-day status, a later official planning determination or reliable record of construction or opening would be needed.
