It is also easy to confuse this property with two different Jenner homes: the older house associated with Keeping Up With the Kardashians and a separate residence Architectural Digest toured in 2019.
What is known about the $20 million Hidden Hills property?
E! News reported in May 2021, citing online records, that a Hidden Hills property associated with Kris Jenner sold for $20 million on December 11, 2020. Realtor.com also referred to a $20 million Hidden Hills purchase in 2020. Those reports establish a reported transaction price, not what the property would be worth today. Neither source establishes the newer property’s current ownership, occupancy, exact completed square footage, or a comprehensive list of its features. E! News’s 2021 report and Realtor.com’s 2026 report do not provide a verified, full interior tour.
That means a reliable account of the $20 million property has to stop short of describing its rooms, finishes, amenities, or architectural details as established facts. Details published about Jenner’s other Hidden Hills homes cannot safely be transferred to it.
Why are Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills homes often confused?
Three properties appear in the reporting: the older television-famous home, the house Architectural Digest toured in 2019, and the newer property tied to the reported $20 million transaction. Their dates and prices show why they should be kept separate.

What does the 2019 Architectural Digest home look like?
Although it is not the $20 million property, the 2019 Architectural Digest tour offers a documented look at a different Jenner residence. Jenner said, “I wanted my home to feel like a sanctuary, perfectly calm and peaceful.” The home was designed with Waldo Fernandez and Kathleen and Tommy Clements. The tour described largely monochromatic rooms, rich upholstery, walnut floors, and furniture and objects by Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouvé, Jean Royère, Pierre Guariche, Aldo Tura, Paolo Buffa, and Oscar Niemeyer. Architectural Digest’s 2019 tour
The tour’s design emphasis was restraint rather than showy ornament: quiet palettes and tactile materials gave the rooms their character. Large sliding doors connected the great room to the pool area. A separate Architectural Digest report on the home’s 2020 sale described six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a downstairs main suite, a second family room, a gym, and a collection of art. These are details of the 2017-purchase home, not confirmed features of the $20 million property. Architectural Digest, 2020

What is known about the older television-famous house?
Architectural Digest reported that Kris and Caitlyn Jenner bought the older Keeping Up With the Kardashians home in 2010 for $4 million. In February 2025, the publication reported it was listed for $13.5 million, with 8,860 square feet on 1.5 acres, six ensuite bedrooms, and eight bathrooms. The listing figure is an asking price; it should not be treated as proof the house sold for that amount. Architectural Digest, 2025
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can the $20 million home’s amenities be confirmed?
No comprehensive feature list is established for the newer property in the cited reports. Realtor.com coverage of Jenner’s 2017 Hidden Hills purchase described a different residence as approximately 9,400 square feet, with six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half-baths on 1.28 acres. It also listed a zero-edge pool, a 10-person spa, a fire pit, a steam shower, walnut floors, and Wolf and Miele kitchen appliances. Because that coverage concerns the 2017 purchase, these specifications are not evidence of what is in the newer $20 million home. Realtor.com; Realtor.com, 2026
