Bec and Chris Judd’s renovated Arthurs Seat holiday home on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula sold in May 2025, according to later property coverage. The February listing reports put the expected price at about $2.9 million to $3 million; follow-up coverage reported a sale price of $2.78 million.
Which home did the Judds sell?
The property was the Judds’ holiday home in the Arthurs Seat area of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Some reports also place it in the Main Ridge area. Bec Judd described it in an Instagram Story, as quoted by PerthNow, as their “Arthurs Seat beauty.”
The home was reported for sale in February 2025 and sold in May. It is no longer on the market.
What was the renovation?
Coverage identifies construction work by The Melbourne Builder & Co and landscaping by Nathan Burkett Landscape Architecture. The available reports do not give a complete final specification or a renovation budget.

A February 2025 realestate.com.au listing report described the property as having three bedrooms. Domain coverage discussed earlier plans for a much larger six-bedroom, four-bathroom home with a tennis court and pool; those were plans, not confirmed final features. The earlier proposal should not be treated as a description of the completed property.
What price did the property sell for?
Contemporaneous February reports gave an expected price of about $2.9 million to $3 million. A separate listing report used an asking range of $2.85 million to $3 million. Later follow-up coverage reported that the home sold for $2.78 million in May 2025, below that reported asking range.

Property coverage later reported that the Judds bought the home in 2016 for $1,212,500. Comparing that reported purchase price with the reported sale price does not establish their profit or loss: renovation costs, selling expenses and other relevant costs are not available. These are reported figures, not a market-wide measure.

In an Instagram post quoted by realestate.com.au, Bec Judd said, “Exciting times ahead as we have a new project in the works.” The reports do not provide further detail about that project.
