What about Magnolia House?
Magnolia House is the property many people mean when they search for Chip and Joanna Gaines’s bed and breakfast. However, Magnolia’s current Waco guide lists Hillcrest Estate and Hillcrest Cottage—not Magnolia House. That absence does not establish that Magnolia House has permanently closed; it means the current official guide reviewed here does not present it as one of Magnolia’s bookable Waco rentals.
A Magnolia Help Center article updated October 11, 2024 gave historical booking advice for Magnolia House, Carriage House, and Hillcrest Estate. It said those homes had booked quickly, sometimes within minutes of dates opening. That dated guidance should not be taken as confirmation that Magnolia House is currently available.
