If you have the Fisher-Price Roarin’ Rainforest Jumperoo, model CBV63, the official instructions explain how to fold its base tubes for storage and how to remove the seat and pad. They do not provide a complete procedure for separating every frame component. Those are different jobs: fold the frame for storage, remove the seat and pad for care, and don’t force frame joints to try to dismantle the whole unit.
First, identify your Jumperoo model
Rainforest Jumperoos come in more than one model, and a procedure for one model may not fit another. The steps below are for the Roarin’ Rainforest Jumperoo, product number CBV63, covered by the [CBV63 instruction sheet].
Check the product number on the Jumperoo, its fabric tag, packaging, or instructions. Mattel says the number may appear near Fisher-Price or Mattel information, above a barcode, on a fabric tag, or etched into the product. If you have a different model, find its matching manual before folding or removing parts using the Mattel CBV63 support page as a starting point for product identification and support.
To fold the CBV63 for storage
The manual’s storage instructions describe folding the base tubes inward; this is not a sequence for taking the entire frame apart.

- Lift the base tube.
- Fold the base tubes inward.
Use the manual for the model-specific illustrations and confirm that the frame release moves as shown. Do not substitute prying or force if a part will not release.
To remove the seat and pad
Seat and pad removal is a separate procedure from folding the frame. The CBV63 manual gives these steps:

- Lift the seat ring.
- Press near any notch on the seat while pulling the seat away from the ring.
- Turn the seat over. Remove the pad slots from the pegs, then take off the pad.
For reinstallation, the manual directs you to follow its assembly instructions. Use the model-specific illustrations rather than guessing how the seat or pad attaches.
For cleaning, remove only what the care instructions call for
The CBV63 seat pad can be washed separately in cold water on a gentle cycle, without bleach. Tumble-dry it separately on low heat and remove it promptly. Wipe the frame, seat, seat ring, straps, and toys with a damp cloth and mild cleaning solution. Rinse away soap residue; do not use bleach or harsh or abrasive cleaners. Can you completely dismantle the frame?
The retrieved CBV63 instructions show how the frame joints are assembled, but do not give a complete reverse sequence for separating every frame component. A third-party video discusses taking apart a Jumperoo, but it does not establish that its method applies to CBV63 or other Rainforest models. Don’t pry, force, or improvise on locked joints based on a different model or video.
If you need the whole frame separated for transport, repair, or disposal, consult Fisher-Price or Mattel for guidance specific to your product number. The official instructions support folding for storage, not a universal full-frame dismantling method.

Check the Jumperoo before using it again
The CBV63 manual says, “Do not use the product if any parts are missing, damaged or broken.” It also directs users to use only manufacturer-approved accessories or replacement parts. Search Mattel’s parts service by product number or toy name through its CBV63 support page; availability of any particular part is not guaranteed.
