The Real Deal later reported that the property sold again for $18.5 million in 2026—a separate transaction, not a revision to Mayweather’s sale price.
Where was Mayweather’s Florida mansion?
The home is at 288 South Coconut Lane on Palm Island in Miami Beach, Florida. Realtor.com described it as a waterfront, three-story mansion. Its December 2024 report said the sale appeared to have taken place off market.
Realtor.com reported nine bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, along with a 5,000-square-foot rooftop, theater, gym, game room, elevator, four garages and a private dock. Those are features and measurements as described in that outlet’s report, not independently verified figures here. Realtor.com put the home at 9,094 square feet; The Real Deal reported 10,818 square feet for the same property in 2026, so the published area figures conflict.
What happened after the $22 million sale?
The Real Deal reported that Mayweather sold the property to an LLC for $22 million in November 2024 and that it changed hands again for $18.5 million in 2026. The difference between those reported prices is $3.5 million, but it does not establish either owner’s profit or loss: transaction costs, financing and other details are not established in the reports.
