If you are concerned about sticking, use liners or a traditional grease-and-flour method. The listing says the pan is oven safe up to 500°F; follow your recipe and the product’s care guidance.
Choose Wilton if you want a coated surface and stated cup dimensions
Wilton’s coated aluminized-steel pan is the option with published cavity measurements, which helps when comparing a recipe or oven fit. Check dimensions, recipe yield, and fit before buying
- Compare the Wilton cup’s 3.7-inch diameter and 1.75-inch height with the size your recipe is designed for. Nordic Ware identifies six oversized cavities but does not provide cavity dimensions in the accessible listing, so do not assume the two pans are interchangeable.
- Check the overall pan dimensions against your oven rack and available storage space. Wilton lists a pan size of 8.5 × 12.5 inches; Nordic Ware’s cited listing does not state an overall measurement.
