Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas bought their Montville, New Jersey home for $3.35 million in January 2021, according to Traded’s transaction record. The property is listed there as a 7,000-square-foot single-family residence on 5.66 acres. Later family comments and a 2025 exterior glimpse offer a sense of the home, but not a current appraisal or a verified account of its present status.
Where is Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas’s home?
The property associated with the couple is at 16 Pond View in Montville, New Jersey. Traded identifies it as a single-family residence and names Giudice and Ruelas among the buyers in its transaction record, updated October 29, 2024. That record shows a $3,350,000 sale in January 2021.
Bravo’s March 2021 coverage called it a $3.3 million home, a rounded description of the purchase—not a current estimate of what the property is worth. The sources available here document the transaction and family remarks, not a present-day valuation, listing, or ownership status.
How large is the property?
Traded lists the house at 7,000 square feet and the lot at 5.66 acres. In a 2022 account, Bravo reported Teresa describing the home as being on six acres and “so private.” The figures differ in precision: the acreage in Traded’s record is stated to two decimal places, while Teresa’s description is rounded. The available sources do not explain the difference.

What has the family said about the house?
It began as an investment property
In a March 2021 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Teresa described the purchase as an investment property: “It’s an investment property, so we’ll see where it goes from there.” Bravo reported that she said there had been no talks about moving in at that point. That dated comment reflects what she said then; it does not establish the property’s legal or tax treatment.
The family later moved in
Bravo reported in February 2022 that Teresa and her family had moved into the home the previous year. That later timeline follows her earlier statement that a move was not yet under discussion.

Bedrooms and a room for the dogs
Bravo attributed the bedroom count to Gia Giudice, who said the house had nine bedrooms, including a guest room. Luis added that one room was for the couple’s four dogs. These are family remarks reported by Bravo, not an independently verified property-record count.
What does the home look like from the outside?
Bravo’s November 2025 coverage described a long driveway leading to a brick home, with warm holiday lights, illuminated trees, and garland at the doorway. The article said Teresa tagged Christmas Designers of New Jersey as the installer. It did not identify the exact light fixtures or products, so the seasonal view gives a broad impression rather than a specification of the exterior lighting.
