BEYOND Developments has announced The Yards Plaza, a commercial workplace project in City of Arabia, Dubai. The launch report describes 272 offices across four blocks, with retail and food-and-beverage space on lower levels, and gives Q3 2029 as the target completion date. These are reported launch details, not a confirmed construction schedule.
What BEYOND has announced
The Yards Plaza is a commercial development within The Yards masterplan in City of Arabia, Dubai. Gulf Construction reported on 7 October 2026 that it is BEYOND Developments’ second commercial development in Dubai. The report describes a scheme of 272 offices arranged across four blocks, with retail and food-and-beverage uses on the lower levels. Gulf Construction’s launch report is the source for these Plaza-specific details.
How the Plaza fits into The Yards
The office project is one part of a larger planned community, and its figures should not be confused with the masterplan’s overall scale. In an announcement dated 8 June 2026, BEYOND described The Yards as a AED 4 billion masterplan spanning 2.3 million square feet, with 1,560 planned homes and 70 per cent of the development area allocated to open landscape. Those are masterplan figures, not the Plaza’s office count or area. BEYOND’s announcement provides the developer’s account of the wider project.
Workplace design and reported amenities
BEYOND’s workplace pitch is to connect offices with landscape and community uses. The launch report lists public terraces, a business centre, padel courts, a gym and a pool. It says these amenities will be operated on a commercial basis; the report does not provide operating terms or access arrangements for office occupants.

The reported completion target is Q3 2029, according to Gulf Construction’s 7 October 2026 launch report. A target date is not a guarantee, and the source materials do not independently verify a construction schedule. The sources reviewed also do not state office prices, unit sizes, current availability, or purchase and leasing terms. Prospective occupants or buyers will need current project information to assess costs, layouts, and transaction options.
Which Yards is this?
This announcement concerns The Yards Plaza in Dubai’s City of Arabia. It is separate from The Yards, the waterfront neighborhood in Washington, DC, described on the destination’s official site.
