Where is the landing, and are there alternate launches?
The City lists Bettis Boat Landing at 3000 Railroad Ave / Bettis Boat Landing Rd, Hanahan, SC 29410, directly off Railroad Avenue. Its listing notes a fishing dock, playground equipment, walking trails and a covered pavilion, and describes the Goose Creek Reservoir as offering approximately four miles of fishing and kayaking. The available notices do not identify an alternative boat launch for the closure. Confirm current access with the City before traveling to the landing or choosing another launch site.
