What will visitors see at the event?
Digital Construction North brings together people working across architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AECO). The organiser describes an event expected to include more than 1,000 professionals, more than 75 expert speakers, 50 technology providers and four dedicated theatres. These are figures promoted by the organiser, not independently audited counts.

The CPD-accredited programme is presented as being grounded in real projects and practitioners’ experience. Topics named by the organiser include:
- Building information modelling (BIM) and digital twins
- Artificial intelligence, robotics and automation
- Sustainability and smarter project delivery
Visitors can watch live demonstrations, compare software and speak with providers. Exhibitors named in the announcement include 12d, 4PS, Bluebeam, BRE, Graphisoft, innDex, Newforma, Payapps, Procore and Workday. Complimentary drinks after the event are also advertised.

Reflecting on the previous event, Nasrine Tomasi, Head of AI & Information Management at Mott MacDonald, said: “I think we’re at a turning point in the construction sector and I’m excited to see there’s so much knowledge being shared. It’s been a brilliant day – I’m learning lots, and it’s great to understand where people are on their journey and how far we can go.”
