What opportunities can students ask about?
Internships and co-ops

Field careers

Ask about eligibility, training, pay, benefits, travel, and role-specific terms; those details can vary by position. Current vacancies are listed through the company’s careers page.
How does the 2026 campus appearance compare with the company’s 2025 fair?
In an October 6, 2025 recap, JP Cullen described a separate construction career fair held at its Janesville headquarters. The company said it was the ninth event in its series, launched in 2015, and that more than 400 students attended. The recap described hands-on introductions to fields including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, ironworking, carpentry, concrete finishing, masonry, operating engineering, safety, virtual design and construction, and prefabrication. That company-hosted event is background only; the recap does not establish the format, activities, or expected attendance for the October 2026 UW-Whitewater appearance.
