The best reclining gaming chair is the one that fits your body and gives you the support adjustments you’ll use—not simply the one with the biggest recline number. Compare recommended height and weight, seat dimensions, lumbar support, armrest range and the chair’s distinct recline and rocking movements before choosing. The specifications below are manufacturer claims, not evidence that a chair prevents pain or improves health.
How to compare reclining gaming chairs
- Start with fit. Check the manufacturer’s recommended height and load, then compare actual seat dimensions and size options. A label such as “XL” is not a substitute for measurements.
- Check lumbar adjustment. A built-in contour may provide less positioning flexibility than an adjustable support mechanism. Consider whether you can move the support to where you need it.
- Look at armrest range and upholstery. More adjustment can help you position the armrests, while upholstery choices affect the surface you sit on and care requirements.
- Separate backrest recline from rocking. Recline describes the backrest angle; rocking or tilt describes a different movement. Neither figure alone tells you how well the chair fits.
- Verify the exact variant. Specifications can differ by size, model, region or listing. Check the current product page and SKU, along with local warranty, return and price terms.

What the recline numbers do—and don’t—tell you
There is no clean, like-for-like winner based on the published angles alone. Razer’s Iskur V2 page gives two different maximum-recline figures: 153.5° ± 2° in its detailed specifications and 152° elsewhere. AndaSeat lists 155° for the Kaiser 3E, while PC Gamer gives the XL a 90–160° backrest range. The difference may reflect a variant or measurement convention; verify the precise chair and SKU rather than treating those numbers as directly comparable.
Rocking is a separate movement. AndaSeat lists a 15° rocking mode for the Kaiser 3E in addition to its 155° backrest recline. Do not add the figures together or describe the rocking range as backrest recline.

Lumbar support: adjustable mechanism or fixed contour?
The support designs differ meaningfully. Razer describes the Iskur V2’s lumbar support as adaptive and adjustable, while the Iskur V2 X has built-in lumbar support. AndaSeat describes the Kaiser 3E’s support as a 4.8 cm raised lumbar curve. Those descriptions tell you about the mechanism, not whether its position will suit your back; manufacturer claims do not establish a medical or pain-prevention benefit.
For a chair with adjustable lumbar support, consider whether the mechanism lets you position support where you want it. A built-in contour is simpler, but offers less adjustment by design. If you can try the chair or buy with a suitable return policy, assess fit in your usual sitting position rather than relying on feature names.

Which chair may suit your measurements?
Razer Iskur V2
The Canada product page’s recommended height range is 160–200 cm, with support up to 136 kg. Its 6D lumbar mechanism and 4D armrests offer more stated adjustment than the V2 X, and the page lists synthetic leather and spill-resistant fabric variants. Confirm the regional model, fabric and current specifications before ordering.
Razer Iskur V2 X
The regional page recommends 160–190 cm and lists a 136 kg maximum load. It is the more basic design of the two Razer chairs described here: built-in lumbar support and 2D armrests rather than the V2’s adjustable 6D lumbar support and 4D armrests. Check local availability and warranty terms.

AndaSeat Kaiser 3E L or XL
AndaSeat lists both size variants up to 180 kg, but the seat dimensions differ: 50 × 51 cm for L and 52 × 54 cm for XL. Compare those measurements with a chair that already fits you; do not assume XL is automatically the right choice. The product page lists the head pillow as a separate purchase.
Keep the Kaiser 3 and Kaiser 3E distinct
AndaSeat’s Kaiser 3 page also describes 155° backrest recline and a 15° rocking mode, but it is a different model from the Kaiser 3E. The manufacturer’s pages show differences in armrest travel, lumbar adjustment and foam specifications. Check the exact model page rather than carrying Kaiser 3E features over to the Kaiser 3 or vice versa. AndaSeat Kaiser 3.
