Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteThe IcyBreeze is a cooler with an ice-and-water-powered system that directs cooled air toward someone nearby. It may suit outdoor work or other situations where a cooler and close-range cooling are both useful, but it is not a room air conditioner. You can find IcyBreeze-branded product pages and retailer listings online; confirm the exact model, seller, current price, and included equipment before ordering.
Where can you buy an IcyBreeze cooler?
Online search results have surfaced an IcyBreeze-branded catalog linking to Amazon and naming the V2 Pro and Platinum Pro, as well as a separate IcyBreeze sports sales page. That page displayed $339.99 for Platinum and $289.99 for Pro V2, but these are stale-prone page prices—not verified current checkout prices. Check the IcyBreeze website and current retailer listings for the model you want; no current authorized inventory or retailer status was verified.
Before placing an order, check that the listing identifies the precise model and seller. Confirm what is included—especially the battery, charger, hose, and any accessories—and review the seller’s return policy and the model’s warranty terms. Product pages and listings can change, so do not rely on a past displayed price or a model name alone.
What does an IcyBreeze do?
It combines a conventional cooler with a fan-and-pump system that uses ice and water to send cooled air through a hose or outlet toward a nearby person. The owner manual calls for ice and water, says to keep water above the marked minimum fill level, and instructs users to close the lid during operation. It also describes a submersible pump.

This is directed cooling, not evidence of whole-room air conditioning. It may provide personal relief when you can position the outlet near the person who needs it; the available evidence does not establish that it can cool a room, enclosed workspace, or vehicle as a whole. Mist capability is model-specific: the manual describes a misting system in the flex tube on Platinum Pro and Ultimate models, so check the documentation for the exact unit rather than assuming every IcyBreeze has it.
Are IcyBreeze coolers any good?
That depends on what you expect from one. If you need a portable cooler that can also direct cooled air at someone nearby, and you have ice, water, and a suitable power source, the combination may be useful. If you need room-wide cooling, want to avoid preparing ice and water, or need a dependable runtime estimate, the available information does not establish that the IcyBreeze will meet those needs.

Keep the evidence behind performance claims in view:
- Manufacturer claims: An IcyBreeze sports sales page advertises air up to 35°F cooler than surrounding air, airflow up to 25 mph, and three settings. A separate Platinum page advertises a temperature drop of up to 25°F. These are manufacturer claims from different pages and models, not independent measurements; they should not be treated as directly comparable results.
- Historical product information: IcyBreeze announced the Ultimate in 2024 as a hybrid cooler and portable cooling device with a mist feature and rotomolded exterior. That announcement documents how the model was described at launch, not its current availability or independently verified durability.
- User anecdotes: Online discussions include mixed experiences. Some describe close-range cool air as helpful, while others note it does not cool a room. These reports are not controlled tests and do not establish a representative rating.
No independent controlled comparison or validated runtime figure was established in the available material. For construction work or other long shifts, do not plan around a particular runtime unless the seller or manufacturer provides a figure for the exact model, power source, and operating setting you intend to use.

What should you compare before buying?
Model names and listings alone are not enough to determine whether a unit fits your job or outing. Compare the details for the exact version:
- Portability: Check the unit’s size and weight, particularly if you need to move it between a vehicle and a work area.
- Cooler and cooling capacity: Confirm the cooler capacity and how the cooling function is intended to be used; do not infer room-cooling ability from a product description.
- Ice and water: Account for the ice and water the manual requires for cooling, as well as the effort of preparing and replenishing them.
- Power and runtime: Find out whether the model uses a battery, a 12V supply, or both. Verify whether a battery and charger are included, and seek runtime information for the fan setting and power source you expect to use.
- Hose and mist features: Confirm the included hose and whether the exact model supports misting. The manual’s misting instructions apply to specified models, not necessarily the entire product range.
- Parts and purchase terms: Check that replacement parts and accessories fit your model, and read the return policy and warranty before buying.
Current model lineup, stock, checkout pricing, and seller authorization were not reliably established in the available listings. Confirm those details directly before you buy.

What warranty applies?
Warranty language varies across manual versions. One manual states that V2 Pro, Platinum, and Ultimate units are covered against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the unit, with accessories covered for six months. Another manual excerpt describes repair or replacement options, shipping and handling costs, transferable coverage, and a product lifetime defined as the manufacturing period plus ten years. These terms should not be blended into a single promise: read the current manual and warranty for your exact model and purchase.
